[Resolved] Ccavenue — No refunds. | |
I paid Rs.9090 to book a hotel room on Makemytrip.com (Ref #[protected]). I used Netbanking as payment option. After my bank processed the payment, CCAvenue gave an error that transaction id cannot be generated. The same happened when I tried to pay Rs.330 to DishTV (Ref #[protected]). So, this is not the problem of the merchants but of CCAvenue. They do not pick up my calls and the reply to my e-mail has been unsatisfactory. I request you all to avoid using CCAvenue as they are not processing the payments well and not accounting for this mistake. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi Friends ...
After a very bad experience with E- Billing Solutions ( EBS payment Gateway ). As i have closed my account with EBS on[protected] as per the commitment of Ebs Manager Mr. Anil Kumar my account will be live with in 30 - 45 days but around after 40 days my few option are live and till date my credit and debit cards are not live . I am calling Anil numbers of time but he ignore my calls . Finally three month ago i made a request for refund .
My personal experience with Ebs and specially very bad, I never recommend Ebs and Anil Kumar for payment gateway they are providing worst services in payment gateway .

I was making an online payment for JustBake Confectionery on 7 Jan, 2012. The process completed by debiting money from my account, but the transaction failed. I have tried to call the customer care and reply to their mail, but in vain. Please look into the issue asap and transfer the money (Rs.600) to my account asap.

I made a payment of amount 499 on 24th April 2014 to my MTS blaze prepaid no.[protected] it got reduced from my caner account immediately I did payment with a debit card. The reference number is Order No.M[protected] from CCAvenue but the amount is not paid please one do payment my MTS account or refund my money as early as possible
