[Resolved]  Chevrolet India — Poor Services

i met with an accident on 16 April .. no body was injured in that accident.Cause of accident was the burst of left front wheel.i called up the nearest service station for help . they ignored my request and said they can't help in transportation. This is worst part of there service. Then i myself arranged for truck and bring back to the nearest showroom near my home. Now its more than a month i not getting my car ( AVEO) back. Also i have to pay for all the scratch and loss during made during transportation. Its a pathetic service given by Chevrolet. Do Chevrolet have any answer of my questions..? If they are not providing any service after accident then they should at least pay for the loss made during transportation or all the things have to faced by customer only. There duty is only to sell the cars and fool the customers by saying that we will give you the best service? This is really the height. i wont even recommend any of my relative or friend to even look at a Chevrolet car. Because of them i am daily facing mental torture.

Hi all, I am dinesh I own a Chevrolet Aveo Uva, recently my car right side mirror is damaged and the same day I have taken to Chevrolet showroom for replacing it .They have said stock is not there it will come in 3 days. Then I have paid the advance and waiting for their call but none spoke to me or updated the status more than a week over. When I tried calling them initially they answered after they avoided my number after tried from alternate number without option from them I got answer from them it will take further more a week due to stock non availability.. My question is that when a product is in usage of consumers why not even the basic spares also not available..?

Also the similar experience I had in the showroom given for a general service, my car was not attended for 4 days then after I found it was parked continually outside of showroom approached them got similar excuse from them at last after 3 days got back my car..

The worst ever service is leading in spoiling the brand name.. This great experience I have got in the Chevrolet showroom of Hosur-Tamilnadu..!
Myself Dharamvir sharma 19.04.2016 I visit in cheverolet workshop in jhangirpuri trump motor in delhi.I had some problem in my car for A.C. Then I check it out the said your car compressor not working it will be replace in under warranty but few time later the service advisor come back again and said to me sir your part is not covered in warranty. I am socked because I had not complete one year to purchase this vehicle.They are cheaters and from person I do not suggest to any person buy this company vehicle the not given any warranty they want only money when you purchase the vehicle they said sir 3 years or 1 lakh km under warranty but when we gone in his service centre then they say not covered in warranty

I the owner of chevrolet beat diesel car got a problem before 10 days of 4 tyres the tyres get fully uneven shape (tyres bend) as the service centre executive told yes the problem is there got 21000 km and it's less than a year done till now, the tyres r of goodyear but got no response regarding my issue the authorised dealer says the problem is of tyre company and the dealer submitted the report to the good year company but now the member of good year company Mr Prakash says the problem is differt the tyres r wheel out and the wheel allingment not done but I'm the regular user of car and I maintain my car in mint condition and done regular allingment after every 4 to 5000 km the tyres are bend from his shape and other pvt car repairs says that i[censored] regular drive with this tyres the issue will be big and accidental
So plz tell me what to do about this and reply me as the response from the both the side is negative

I bought a Sail Reg # KA 03 MW3577, manufactured date 06/2015. Engine # 10CXDZ[protected].

SAIL - Hatchback has a faulty make. The back break light fixed on the glass hatch back glass does not give the view of the vehicles behind us, especially when we are in the highways. This makes driving very difficult.

I took it to the Trident garage where we bought from but no satisfactory answer. I wanted them to fix the break light as in Spark vehicle but they say it was manufactured like this.

If it is not corrected I may have to take it back to the consumer forum.

Extremely delay service by chevrolet service centre, They always used the word 'sorry' in every step so I think there's team must be awarded by a award named as ' chevrolet poorest service (CPS)' with a best compliments 'sorry'.

I sent my car, beat green In colour for repair work to Chevrolet service centre to okhla, Delhi.
When we went to collect the car back after repairing, there was a big dent and white colour on the back side of non drivers seat side . as if the car was hit by another white car.
But the service centre people just won't accept it was done after we dropped the car and it is their fault. They kept on saying it was already there. Such a big dent and white wasn't there before before. I am very sure.
Its highly disappointing .very irresponsible. I left my car for repair for which I got a huge bill and got a big dent on the car!!!
Next time, I will think twice before sending my car.

My Name is Deepak Kumar Swarnkar from Jaipur (Rajasthan) i have Chevrolet Beat (Diesel) Nov, 2012 Model Running KM 55, 000.
continue i had given the car to Chevrolet Authorised dealer for service and last service was done on 50000 KM (Full Service charges Rs.10, 000) and only after 5000 KM running after the service Terbo not working and Engine seized.

i think this problem occur gradually and if service center had checkup properly at the time of service at 40000 KM and 50000KM it can be detected which was ignored and this ignorance converted into huge loss which will be born by me only.

so this is my point that why such ignorance happen even after paying so much at the time of service and who must be panalise for this either me (even after timely service and payment) or service center for ignorance.

My name is Sivakumar G from Coimbatore in Tamilnadu. I am using Chevrolet SPARK from 2009. I left my car for service to Pressana Automobiles Coimbatore. The main complaint is the car getting off while running on road and also release the accelerator in the gas mode. They suggest need to change few spares and charge the amount of Rs.19000.00 which all i accepted and paid the payment. But the compliant is not rectified. Now they said go to another local gas kit service center for this compliant. The car is Ls Model. its inbuild with gas.Pressana Automobiles Coimbatore is Authorized service center for Chevrolet . My car millage 187000 km passed . Till now i do service only in the authorized chevrolet service center only. 1 .Why should i go another local service center 2. Why they collect Rs.19000.00 for altogether. 3. They does not have good knowledgeable technician for chevrolet car. 4. They even not behave properly and consider my obligation . 5. Only they have work shop for change the Spares which can done by any local work shop. Need not to go authorized show room and paid the extra premium service charge. And all they not release my car today evening after paid . My car no TN 38 AY 8430 . It is a very poor service in all manner.I inform you to take this issue seriously and consider my problems and solve the issue asap. Otherwise i go for legal.My phone number-[protected]
