[Resolved] Express It Courier — Compulsion for Contact No. | |
Dear Sir, Ref : POD [protected]. When I contacted Mr. Sushant & Ajit Chavan at Express IT, (Tel No.[protected] I came to know that my courier has been returned to Delhi since my room found locked. As per as courier other courier companies they do not accept any courier without contact no. to avoid return the courier whenever courier boy found locked room or office they calls and inform to the concerned person. But in my case your staff Mr. Sushat & Ajit Chavan the contact no. was not mentioned on courier & due this they send it returned. When I said you should not accept without contact no. to avoid return the courier Mr. Ajit said me to speak to Mr. Uday at Delhi, contact no.[protected]. I think you company has to make compulsory contact no. on courier so, unnecessary harrasment of the costomer can be avoided. Pl reply my mail. Thanks & Regards Was this information helpful? | |

My name is rajkumar verma. I have to receive a courier (dispatch no. H[protected]) from hdfc bank. but as of now i did not get my courier.Hdfc bank has sent a courier in 07/10/09 by Express IT courier.
Eariler I had this no.[protected] but this number has lost thatswhy i am not available on that contact number. I would like to request you please despatch this courier at my resisdence address as soon as possibe.
