[Resolved]  Credit Card — Harrasment

Dear Sir,

I Prabhakar A Yadav DOB :[protected] had an account with HDFC Bank which is currently not Active and there are no dues to be paid by me to your bank, which I have confirmed with HDFC Bank for the period I had an account with your bank, to be more precise I had never used a credit card of HDFC Bank till then.

This is to inform you about a Recovery Agent ( Name as told to me : Mr. Rashid and Phone no :[protected] of HDFC Bank making harassment and threatening calls using abusive and foul language to me on my personal and official numbers and was treating me that he would come to my office too, despite knowing the fact that I am not the required and concerned person whom he should be calling for his unpaid dues. The person whom he was referring to was Prabhakar Ganpat Shelke which is genuinely not my identity. The correct information for myself is as given above.

I am unaware of where he got my phone details and my office details ( Address, Phone numbers ) which should not be shared with anyone since I am not an account holder with you .If I get the same calls from him again either on my phone or my office numbers, then I would like to inform you that I will take necessary actions against all the inconvenience caused to me from your bank by informing the police.

Please and hope you will take necessary actions against this matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

Hello,

I am swetha, some ICICI people called about past dues of a credit card which they say i had in 2005. To my knowledge all the the dues were cleared way back n 2007/2008. I even was give the settlement notice. Now from no where some ICICI representative calls me and my other extended family and talk all non sense.

They say I have a due of around 24, 000 rupees. After 7 years. some one calls, infact they call my cousins and torture them .

I dont know what ethics and process ICICI follows. But I would sincerely appreciate if you can come with details of all the payments we made and talk to me directly and not my sisters/cousins.

I am having a credit card #[protected] been usins it a while, i requested many a times to close it..called up customer care so many time asking for solution..they committed a call back and different SR and complanit no but no use ...no one calls up and no action has been taken on it..please suggest what to do .should i go to consumer court for this...My tax and outstanding increasing day by day..and i can do much about it..my mobile no are [protected] and [protected]...need immediate help on this...

, Ambar Ghoshal Just don't get your point about your blocking of My Credit Card No - [protected] ( Master Card ). Regarding my Credit Card use, no mentioned has been made that, i should use the card atleast once in a year.
I have also Credit Cards of different companies that I have not used for 3-4 consequitive years, and they have not blocked my cards at all .again with such low credit limit Of Rs 10000/-, i can hardly make any payment. so what is the use of naming it A Life Time Free Card.It seems now, i am finishing your job fully by cancelling
my credit card and so you will receive the card in Four ( 4 ) pieces. I am giving you Two (2) options.No (1) Either you increase my Limit To Atleast Rs 40000/- or No(2) Simply decacivate my card permanently. Your response should be given within 7 Working days Only through SMS Ph No( [protected] ), Remember Only Through SMS.

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that we have been HARRASED by HSBC credit card department for no reason. I do not even have an account nor I owe any credit card however; today morning i.e 4th May '09 i recieve a credit card statement stating 'Net Outstanding balance' of Rs.56, 683.23/-. I do not owe this piece of paper and please do not try to contact/send any more statements like these. A letter from court would be reaching you in regards to the same shortly.

On top of it, whenever a customer calls for any query/help there's no response from your customer service. You end up calling 10times and get to submit a complaint online like this, which even i m not sure would be taken care off or not.

HSBC Credit Card — Harrasment from the Bank for outstanding dues

Dear Sir,

I had a Credit Card from HSBC and it is more than 3 years that the card is expired. I had paid all the money that I owed them. I was told that the credit card was free but they charged me for the annual fee for 2000 rupees which I refused to pay. They have added interest and unknown charged inspite of me calling for cancellation and explaining the situation. Now some guys are calling me and harrassing me for money and disturbing me mentally. Please look into the situation and relieve me from this harrassment.
Hello Sir / Madam this is to bring you the kind consideration that we had lot of Harrasment from credit card dept. the collection boys comes at home & had given damkhis to my mom where as she is already not feeling well. due to financial condition we had requested that please be kind to make payments later but they are not listening given police dhamkis saying my mom that they will take her there. so such types of Harrasment are going on so please help us out wht step should be taken aginst this people or if any concern person we can have talk then please send us the No. & name so that we can have talk against this thing happening.
