I HAVE PURCHASED DISHTV CONNECTION BY PAYING THE LIFE TIME PLAN (ONE TIME PAYMENT ONLY) FIVE YEARS BEFORE. MY VC NO IS[protected]. BUT IT IS SHOWING MESSAGE AS "YOU HAVE TO RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT TO SEE THE SERVICES". PLEASE HELP ME TO SEE THE CHANNELS. MY EMAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.co.in and my mobile no is [protected].

Dish TV — Connection not delivered
i have ordered new dish tv connection paying Rs. 1590/- through their website on 20th September 2010, and got transaction number as HO-20/09/10CRL-19847. till date it not delivered are nobody take responsibality on delivery. till now i have made around 12 calls to their call centre, everybody will keep me on hold upto 20-25 minutes and afterwards they say the same is going to install within 24 hrs. and they refuse to provide escalation telephone no. it is my suggestion to all please don't do bling buisiness booking through website to face this kind of problem.if anybody can help, please help me in this regard.

Dish TV — VC not activated
I got a dish tv connection about an year back and had the dish installed also.After few days, channels stopped coming and i was supposed to recharge.
When i contacted Dish TV then, i was surprised to know that my VC number wasn't registered with them. I followed up but in vain.
My VC number is [protected].
Till date the problem hasn't been resolved.
