Mr. Yuvaraj i am totally agreedwith you.dth service must be like mobile.sevice providers are stopping us from viewing free channels. i think govt. must do proper correction in the rules issued for dth service.

This is to inform you that i have the connection of dish tv at my home and the dish has been disconnected for so long after registering so many complaints no action has been taken yet, the dealer from whom we have taken is not ready to listen and now we feel really cheated, as we took connection because of your good service, but the things have come out opposite ways the service is so poor please take the action as soon as possible or refund our money else we will be putting this case in consumer court for sure why should we bear when we have paid the full amount .please do respond as soon as possible .please revert to us in next 24 hours.

Dish TV — Dish TV services almost dull and intolerable

My due date is 22/7/09 but today 22/7/09 they have disconnected my service. Every month they are disconnecting some channels without any information and charging more. I have complaint lot of times but no fruitful results have been found even they have disagree to accept my mobile no. and set top box no. to talk with customer care officer.I request to Indian people those who are thinking for Dish TV network, please never use Dish TV connection and advise your friend circle not to use Dish TV.

after hearning all this, rgt nw i m bit scared because today i m suppose to recharge, , but as usual even i know only one recharge methode that is online ..i hope it'll work out today..but i know i wont get the conection back as soon as i recharge it i have to wait for days to get back my digital tv.let keep the finger cross

this is to notify that i abhishek pramanick son of rajsekhar pramanick have subscribed to dish tv service and our id is [protected] had deposited our settop box to a service centre called "MG Electronis address-(4,Shubham Market, Convent Square , Bhubaneswar)". They had said that we would be getting our settop box back within 10 days but it has been a month they have not given our box yet.

Dish TV — discontinues. Ref. No.01504797346

Sir,
I have renewal of my dish tv account 3rd of feb-2009. I paid Rs.1010/-by my credit card. and the company conforme the payment.
In my surprice they discontinues from dt. 07.02.09.
I made telephonice complaint and mail to the company numbers of time.
No action taken by company.

THIS IS THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. THERE IS JUST NO ACCOUNTABILITY WITH ANY ONE. IT IS A RUDDERLESS SHIP.
