I also belong to category of cheated members /subscribers...I stay in Ejipura main Road..They even convinced on right time, right spot delivery, quality, sports coverage etc(due to their able salesmanship) and I unsubscribed TOI as i had to put up with everyday idiosyncrasies of news paper boy(TOI) often. he used to throw paper on wrong places.(what I call wrong spot delivery)..Moreover I was going home then ..thought I wud be getting fresh copies of newly launched DNA newspapers by the time I return from home(Sikkim/Darjeeling)...And till date I haven't heard from DNA. Wiating eagerly for DNA...
I have got an email stating the news paper will be delivered from Dec 5th.
I subscribed for DNA Bangalore in month of sep. now its december newspaper is still not comming... no mail.. even given phone number is not working... what the hell is goin on...

days it says phone is switched off or line busy or not rechable.if i send SMS to no 54567
it says incorrect entry, SHALL I HAND OVER D COUPON TO ANY VENDOR will dey deliver to my
residence address, so now atleast respond to my mail, so please do d necessary changes

I received sms from DNA telling me to hand over the vendor coupons to the local paper distributors ... when i approached the distributers they said there is no such thing.. and they are not ready to accept the coupons. Please give me a solution to this problem??

Yes the same thing happened to me. Even i was cheated by DNA daily. They are collecting the money from customers but not providing the news paper. DNA is a fake company

We had also subscribed for the same in the month of September and till date we didn't get any information or news regarding it. And some of my other colleagues has got the paper, so dont so whom to contact for the further enquiry and who should be held responsible for this. And its better to move to Consumer court regarding this issue.

I somehow got to call the DNA agent ASIF ([protected]). i asked him as whom to handover the voucher. He didnt answer and cancelled the call. There is no response from any DNA person. They were supposed to start delivery today, but me and my other friends have not recieved anything yet.

I also subscribed for that When they opened the stall in Cental Mall.Their staff had promised me to deliver the paper to my room when it starts.
Till now no news from them. I have this customer care number[protected] but whenever i call the number say its busy.

Simliary I have also suscribed for DNA, when their agent were in Big Bazzar in jayanagar 9th block, i have been assured to deliver in oct, 2008 but still they have not fullfilled their promise.. when i am trying to call landline number given in booklet also is not being answered at all. even i am not able to contact any person on their mobile number i got from one my friend and i dont know what to do...it seems to be they cheated us..

Yes, even i also subscribed to DNA .When is ubscriobed, they told that news paper will come in the month of October.Later hey postponed it to November .Now they are telling that it will ocme in the month of December.
I dont know still how many months we need to wait for that.
Who is manager of this DNA.we have to bang him.Why the hell he is postponing newspaper ??
