I subscribed for DNA Bangalore in month of sep. now its december newspaper is still not comming... no mail.. even given phone number is not working that # is swiched off. In some area they DNA newspaper is distributing, in some areas not distributing. Can know the reason for this.

As all know DNA has launched in bangalore on 15 Dec, I did not received on 15th instead i received it on 16th that too after following up with the dealer.I thought they will continue with properly supplying DNA to all subscribers.
But i was wrong, today i didn't received the DNA, upon calling the dealer he says that some arguments is going on with the company and you wont be able get till 26th of Dec.
I am totally unhappy this whole thing happening.
Do any of your dealer says the same thing or getting the DAN regularly..?

DNA Started in bangalore on 14 december even then i didn't got newspaper, simply there are making fool people
Today i received DNA edition but i was tolded by them about lottery scheme they will mention the winning ticket number but where they will mention which number i have to follow these are all my confusion waiting for the prompt response

I am one of the aagreived too.The DNA has launched the newspaper a week ago and I still to receive the copy of the same.My news paper agent at R.T. Nagar has collected the vendor coupon but says he cannot deliver as DNA is demanding that he buy the copies from them.I treid to SMS to the number on the coupon but it is futile as it seems to be a wrong sms id.I even tried to call them on the number printed on the coupon but either the line is always busy or it is not reachable.There are no addresses or telephone numbers to contact them.If this goes on I feel I do not have any choice but to go to consumer court and file a suit against them.Probably only then will they lend a ear to the problem.

We subscribed for DNA news paper on August till date we haven't got our subscribed newspaper copies.None of thier contact numbers are working. DNA people are making fool o us and now i am planned to go to consumer court against dna .they required some lessons

Your representative came to my home and gave the details & He promised me that he will send the coupons & some redemption vouchers but noting came so for. You are fails to fulfill the promises and commitments even after the several mail and call to your executives & mail to editors is bouncing back. As reputed company like DNS is doing like this and enjoying public money, it is very shame on there part.

Even I have subscriber for Annual DNA in August itself.But till now I am not getting the newspapaer even though it has started in Bangalore. I tried call them, SMS them or mail them. But no help till now.If I send SMS, it says the SMS number they have given is not correct! If I call them no one picks the call.. I tried to mail them - but it bounces back.Think DNA is making fool of Bangalorean's I think!
I have subscribed for dna paper my neighbours are getting it, but still i am not getting the paper. whom should i contact. I am trying to call the person who gave his name and number, but his phone is switched off. They have given me a booklet with monthly coupons. Now i have started doubting the booklet itself, but it has a hologram .Have they cheated me, if so I think this will bring a bad reputation to DNA bangalore.

I subscribed to DNA online on Sep 20 2007. I am yet to receive my copy. I called their Mumbai office where they pass two non-existing numbers as their "Bangalore office numbers".
I sent several mails to [protected]@dnaindia.net, [protected]@dnaindia.[protected]@dnaindia.net,
[protected]@dnaindia.net in vain.
I strongly urge those who are looking forward to subscribe DNA to stay away from it. The way they are conducting their business is unbecoming of a trustworthy news source.

Now after 2 days the new year has started no newspaper are delivered.
I called there office in Mumbai and they did had not any clue then they gave Bangalore phone numbers..

For delay which was due to unplanned installation of required equipment
you had no any excuse anyway subscripters had to wait.
after you started DNA on Dec.14 my mail address was not given to the
dealer and for that and ofcourse after several telephone calls to different
people I received it on Jan 03, 2009.
To discuss I called your field manager for 3 times but his reply was nothing
to cool me down.That is why I am unsatisfied with the newspaper which I
was waiting for it for more than 6 months.

I have paid amount for one year subscription of DNA news paper on 03-Aug-2008..I tried to reach them through mails and phone, no response for my mails to their customer care mail id [protected]@dnaindia.net and none of their contact numbers seem to be working..I was assured that I will get news paper daily to my premises from 15th of Oct '08..but till dated no response from DNA..if at all any delay in the launch, it has to be communicated to all their subscribers. I am confused and absolutely have no idea as what went wrong with DNA.
i am getting DNA since November last week.
but the local dealers are a cheat
they are demanding 25/- extra per month for the paper delivery.
