The competition’s dirty tricks department is working overtime in creating impediments between you and your favorite newspaper, instigating vendors and thwarting supply chains. And it’s not the challenges in our face that worry us, but the regret of not reaching the doorstep of some of the few select subscribers like you.

Never mind the efforts of our friends, we are gradually ironing out all the creases, holding meetings with each of the 2500-odd vendors of every locality in Bangalore, sorting out the issues with them and it’s just a matter of few days before you get your crisp copy of DNA, on time and everyday.

to help all of you enjoy getting the DNA please do follow these simple steps.

1. Fill the vendor coupon found in your coupon booklet in the beginning

2. contact any of the the paper boys who visit your street every morning between 6 & 8 am and get his paper agencies or managers contact number.

3. please call teh person and ensure he collects the Vendor coupon from you at which time you take his mobile conatct details and paper agency name and tel no.

4. ensure that the paper delivery begins the next day by calling the paper agency and checking if the paper is going to be delivered, the following day onwards,

Dear Sir,
I already paid amount for one year subscription but my address has changed now. I want to know when i ll get the news paper on my new address. I already consulted to the respected person of my location so many times till now as well as i sent my new address through the message as he said to me. Whenever i call him they say like very next day u will get your news paper without fail. My DNA booklet no is 023852.
I hope this time i will get my solution.

DNA's, CEO, K.U. Rao was in town yesterday. Rumours are that people are being sacked from DNA Bombay as well as Bangalore. Inside sources say, that this Rao doesn't have any experience in Newspaper and all his life sold Lubricants.

What else can you expect from a person who sells condom lubricants. K.U. Rao himself says, Managing Director Sudhir Agarwal doesn't have a vision. He thinks Karnataka is another Bhopal, and wants to recruit "Bhaiyya's" from his state like the old Bal Thackeray recruiting Maharashtrians.

Since 2005 DNA Bombay has been struggling to hold it's strings together. Having a CEO who is known as a BIG mouthed guy in the newspaper industry, leaks out information to competitors. The man with no VISION, can not bring DNA to the TOP.

He was the Global Head of Sales & Business Development for the car care business of Shell Lubricants, London prior to his joining DNA.

Subscribed news paper not delivered regularly. It was a biggest mistake to take DNA news paper. Because you will not get the newspaper daily. You will subscribe newspaper not because its cheap, you want newspaper to know whats happening daily around the world. After seeing newspaper advertisement all over bangalore we thought it will be good newspaper. But there is no one to contact even if you do not receive newspaper. If you try to contact their call centre to register complain, you will never get the opportunity to talk to them. So finally I called up Mr. John to tell my problem, his suggested me to contact newspaper vendor for this issue. - which I already did before calling him.

The newspaper is not getting delivered regularly and it is a pain.
In a week atleast 1-2 days the paper is not delivered!

DNA IS in reality making customers fool. I called the customer care many times but they are not giving any response.
They are cheat and they should be put behind bars!!!

their is no regular supply of the news paper by the supplier, he misses twice a weak, don't no the reson y so..

Two of your salesmen came by in August took my 299 rs & told me delivery would start Oct 1st - As of Feb.26 2009 NOTHING. i had subscribed for yearly subscription of dna bangalore, the associated person took money from me but i never got the newspaper . my contact no is [protected]

Though there was a delay in the launching, we started receiving the news paper from the month of January. After receiving it for a month, our newspaper boy stopped delivering it saying that he will no more deliver DNA as there are some differences in their terms. So we had to go for some other one. And what ever we had paid for one year subscription has gone waste. Tried reaciong DNA people but of no use.

I have never recieved the DNA paper. All my freinds who subscribed with me are getting it. i did call several times. most of the time line is busy, switched off or out of coverage. when i do get connected they tell me theyll call back as they technical issues going on. Till now i have waited i want to wait no more. please deliver the paper or i really mean to seriously complain in consumer forum . my number [protected].

hi, i hve subscibed dna on sep 15 and the paper still not come. i got two numbers when i subcribed and itried for that and i no responce, why dna doing like this.

Even I wasn't getting the paper. But then a friend told me to scream at the vendor. After all he gets paid to deliver. I did that and now I get the paper!

I paid the yearly subscription amount in the month of Sep/Oct 08, I have lost the receipt but i have the privilege card.I got delivery of 4-5 days issues in the beginning to my old address.
