[Resolved]  Electrolux Kelvinator — No cooling in the lower portion

There is no cooling in the lower portion of my Refrigerator for the last 3 weeks.I called up the call centre and gave a complaint on 24/12/2009 ref no:CHE [protected] ,there was some confusion regarding my address and they cancelled the complaint.Inspite of giving my mobile and landline nos the service dealer didnt take the effort to call and get the right address.
Again i called on 28/12/2009 to check the status of my complaint then only i was informed that the same has been cancelled due to confusion in address. So again i placed a 2nd complaint ref no:CHE [protected].The call centre guy gave me the contact nos of the Service Dealer after making couple of calls to him.Then i had to call the Service Dealer several times to attend to my problem.Finally the service guy Mr Eswaran from M/s Sri Golden Electronics came on 04/01/2010 and after inspection informed that one part called bi-metal has to be replaced and we also agreed for the rate.After couple of phone calls he finally came and fixed it on 07/01/2010.Unfortunately the same problem repeated the next day.Again i had to chase him several times on phone to rectify the same.He came on 11/01/2010 and after checking told that new bi-metal which fixed on the last visit was not compatible and told he will get another one to make the fridge working.Till date inspite of several phone calls he hasn't turned up for the replacement.
Its really a very sickening experience calling & following the service guys for 3 weeks to get rectified a small problem which occured in my fridge.Will the concerned officers kindly help me out.
