Dear Sir,

I own a electrolux washing machine in bangalore and i have lodged a complaint for servicing but it was not attended properly and i am totally dissatisfied by your service.

As our washing machine is not cleaning clothes properly i have lodged a complaint against it, One of your executive checked and confirmed that one more guy would come and take care of it....

I bought the machine in July 2009. I used it w/o problems till March 2010. It has a two year warranty on it. It was left unused from April 2010 right to November 2010 while we were in Singapore. On our return to India, we started having problems
