This is Kalpana Bhosle my PF process started in may'11, now this is the 8th month but still i had not received my PF, which is as per RBI guide lines i should get by 6 months but this is the 8the month i had still not got my right of PF.Is this the fastest way our government is working.Please process my PF on priority or else now u are forcing us to knock the doors of media, for which u will be responsible.

Settlement of P.F. dues & Pension claim was submitted by Sant Rohidas Leather Industries & Charmakar Development Corporation Ltd. (i.e. LIDCOM) in prescribed format to The Account Officer, EPF Office, Bandra (E), on 18.05.2011, vide its letter no. Acct/EPF/2011-12/1495 dated 18.05.2011( copy enclosed).
Till today I had not received any communication from your Office nor they have settled my above mention claim. Claim Status Information (on line) remarks says that “Claim form No.10C & 19 has been received on 09.06.2011 and is under process”.
I have to mention you that all the time I am getting the same answer i.e. “Claim is under process” ..And hence I Request you to Please look in to the matter personally and give me the justice at the earliest by settling my said claim. For further communication my residential Address is given below.

Their services are really disgusting. No one to address the queries an complaints that a person has on this regards.

I had claimed my PF in the month of Oct 11 and now i got a letter from bandra office stating that the PF forms are rejected as this is been settled before. This is the first time i applied for the same and then how come without me knowing this they could settle the same without any amt transfer.

If any one form the Department views this page, take this as a feedback and at least for the sake of doing something please do make some arrangements to address the issues related to PF.

my name is Leema Mishra.
My PF form is getting rejected again and again with the name conflict from the Barndra office as I had already provided all the necessary documents. I am a married lady.

My husband’s name is :Amit Ranjan Rout
Father’s name: Prakash Chandra Mishra

I got married on April 2008.I have not changed my name after my marriage with the mutual understanding with my husband. On Sept 2008 I joined with Accenture with my original name. still I am recognized as Leema Mishra officially for the Indian government.

For the proof I have already submitted all the documents as asked by the PF office through Accenture i.e. marriage certificate/passport etc.

In our Indian law and constitution there is no clause to change your name after your marriage. It is not mandatory so why our PF office staff is not understanding this case.
I have already worked with different organization and still working as Leema Mishra(Original name)and the PF has been withdrawal with my original name i.e. Leema Mishra.
I am recognized as Leema Mishra and a responsible Citizen of India. In my voter card also I am recognized as Leema Mishra.

Please let me know in this case what I can do.PF office is forcing me to change my name after the marriage or is their intention is, a women in independent country is not having her individual identity or she always needs her husband name to be recognized.
Changing or not changing my name is my personal concern. Why PF office is interfering in this.
I had joined in Accenture as Leema Mishra with my original name and in bank account also my name is leema Mishra.
So what more the PF office need.By creating this kind of situation they are disturbing my family life.They are making my family mind set that I don't love them.It's really irritating/embarrassing/humiliation to me. I am happy to be recognized as Leema Mishra.

I have applied for PF in 2010 and the same has been credited to my account on 28th May 2010, as confirmed by PF Office Bandra Mumbai, but the PF Amount is still not credited to my account..

When I enquired with HDFC Bank (Ref no : HBL=[protected]') – they are asking RBI reference# (If it was transferred through online -NEFT, etc), than I reached out to RBI help desk they said -The RBI reference number is otherwise known as UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number which is system generated at the sending Bank's end. Hence, we request you to kindly obtain the UTR number from the PF office. The PF office could provide the UTR number upon contacting the bank from where they made the payment.

Please anyone help me with required information, to resolve this issue.

Hi Sir/ madam,

I am mohsin golandaj, I have checked my PF withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejcted due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address . I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they reject my form.?
