[Resolved]  Express It Courier — Non Delivery for POD No.[protected]

ICICI Bank has send me my Loan NOC from this courier on 15th Jun.09. After fifteen days of sent this letter by ICICI Bank it has not been received on my communication address. When i call to ICICI Bank call center they give me the pod no.([protected]) of this courier .I Searched out telephone no of Express IT Courier & call those no. Nobody Picked that no's. When i call thsee no's. every time sombody cut this phone on first ring[protected] & second no is always gives message please check this no. This is pathadic service i have ever seen by any courier company. Search out the problem why it has been not delevared to my communication address & get back to me ASAP.
