I have to get a courier from ICICI bank on 6th of August 2008.But till 12th I didn't received any courier.I made a call to ICICI bank and found that the courier was delivered to an authorized person on 6th at 11:00'o clock.
But I didn't received or there is no authorised person and then I called to courier service. Here comes the problem.
I made a call to the following numbers:

[protected]
[protected]
[protected] PrakashNagar, Courier office
6) [protected] - Janardhan
After making calls to all these numbers I came to know that, my address somajiguda will come under branch office " Prakash Nagar".
I made a call to Prakash nagar office and tried to know the status of my courier, they didn't responded properly.
Also they said following different reasons to say the status when I asked :
1) Server was very slow.
2) No power
3) Person speaking in office is a data entry operator and don't know how to see complaints.
4) Sometimes the security will lift the phone and said the internal telephone connections are dead.
5) There is no one in the office and sometimes they lift the phone and they will not answer just they keep aside.
A person named Anil responded on 19th August and said the courier was delivered in ICICI bank Khairatabad.
I went to the bank and enquired about my courier but they said that it is not present and suggested me to again confirm from the courier service.
I called to courier service and again they said that they are trying to find where the courier is.
The people / employees in the office are not lifting / answering the phone.The security person is answering the phone.
This is all to say the Express courier service has to take necessary steps / actions and till now i didn't get my courier.

Express IT Courier — Worst service ever
Consider this:I was sent an courier through ICICI on 21st October using this esteemed service which was supposed to reach me by 30th October latest...
Checked status on 2nd October : Address incomplete
called on 3rd November : Sir, the courier is still in Chennai, we will get you as soon as we receive it..
Called on 4th Morning : Sir, we received the courier only on 1st November(which incidentally was a holiday in karnataka !!!) you will get it today by 4
Called on 4th evening at 4:30: Sir, I talked to you in the morning...as I said you will get it by 7 in the evening...(see the time change from 4 in the eve to 7 in the eve)
Called on 5th morning: Sir, it will reach you today..yesterday it was late to deliver.
called on 6th morning: will track and let you know the status
Called on 7th morning at 11:50 : Sir, the courier was returned to Chennai because of incomplete address...
Meanwhile, No person ever came to my place...Please note that due to an accident, I am at bed rest for quite some time and as such they even can't claim that they tried delivering it...Also, this is the same address at which ICICI sends me all the details regularly.
Wht would you call this...an utterly ridiculous non-professional service...No accountability...They didn't even try to deliver the letter once.
Wonder why ICICI use them...to bring disrepute to themselves ??

Its apathetic company full of jockers and illmannered people...very unprofessional and stupid approach they are showing ... these stupid delivery person retuning my credit card by SBI from last 2 week but not ready to come my place on said time my Ref. No is SB[protected]... god knows why SBI is using such a worst courier service

Some of my consignments even take more than ten days within the city. Also the people don't even know how to speak to a customer. They occasionally attend the customer calls in the so called customer service(better to change the name).

This is one of the worst courier companies I have ever dealt with. The courier from my bank was received by them on the 19th of Jan and was delivered to me on the 27th...that too after me calling them repeatedly every hour. Please DO NOT deal with them
I totally agree. The package has been in transit for a month. When I called the customer care they asked me to collect it from their office.
Now I am unable to track where their office is as the Customer Service Rep does not have the address to their office in Cochin.

I got call a from +[protected] on 18.7.2011 at 12.33 pm from Express IT courier saying that we cannot deliver you during mentioned hours, the lady rudely told me to call the icici bank as they cannot do anything. When I told her that it is between you and bank and I just need my courier she repeated the same thing and banged the down down. The employee of this courier company doesnot have basic manners to talk fto the customers-orget about solving the issue.I am still awaiting for my ICICI credit card to be delivered (AWB-[protected]). Will this be delivered to me...???
yes today 8th and 9th November there customer care no was +[protected] was out of service so you can understand the kind of courier company. My SBI Credit card send courier through this unknown company who has no customer care dept and no phone . so what other thing we can expect.
Dont trust over such a courier like Expressit. Even after contacting them over phone my document did not reached me rather it is lying idle for 15 days or more at Durgapur. whenever I contact them they are saying that it will reach on the afternoon of that day. the credibility of the courier service has gone to a big ZERO. I would advise everybody not to put rely upon such a worst courier service like Expressit
