Express IT Courier — non receipt of articles

sir, i was to receive two cheques from icici bank. the same were despatched on 3rd oct 2008 from mumbai. when i checked their website with the AWB no, it gave me a message that "the door is locked on 6th oct 2008 at 1840 hrs. message given". where as no body came to my house. in any case somebody or the other is always at home.repeated attempts to contact them on their cc no failed to get any answere. what should i do if a courrier company sulks in that manner.

Express IT — Non Receipt of courier

I would agree to all complaints mentioned against Express IT couriers.
ICICI couriered me a Transaction password on the 8th of Oct and it was to reach me in 5 working days. it is the 21st of Oct today and i am yet to receive it.
ICICI gave me the Airway bill and phone number to contact the courier which is virtually next to impossible as they dont either connect or dont receive the calls.
Pathetic service.

Express It Courier / ICICI — Non receipt of courier

I do not understand how a reputed company like ICICI has joined hands with a lousy company like Express It Couriers. ICICI has sent my home loan documents thru this courier on 18.10.2008 and till date I have not received it. Against my complaint, understand that ICICI again sent the documents thru the same courier on 02.12.2008 and till date I have not received it. Worse, I have not given Express It Courier contact numbers. Please avoid this courier service at any cost.

Expressit — non receipt of courier

i was to receive my pan card from nsdl.they sent the same through expressit courier service.as per tracking details expressit say they have deliver the courier on 07/02/2009 to one mr. nirmal (Aunt).in the first place Nirmal is not my Aunt but he is my watchman and secondly he says he has not received any courier.on complaining with expressit they r telling only one thing that the courier has been delivered.

same the case of mine.

my pan no. is AENPP3791K, showing delivered on 12/03/2009 but i have not received till date.

Statement sent on 04-Sep-2009 through EXPRESS-IT courier vide air way bill number [protected]. You will receive it in 7 days.

Non receipt of packet of Cheque Book
Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, One cheque book packet was sent to me by ICICI Bank on 16th of february airway bill No.v226600. The courier man never came to my residence where at least 2 members are available every time. I am expecting my parcel very soon as I have to process one of my mothers medical expenses.

I tried to contact chennai customer service centre on these numbers [protected]
[protected], but one lady picp the phone and said wrong no. these two nos i got from the icici Customer care, no body bothered here to help one.

Express IT Courier is very irresponsible and highly unreliable courier, One cheque book packet was sent to me by ICICI Bank on 15th February, 2011 vide airway bill No. [protected] . The courier man never came to my residence after 3 O' clock at leastt 3 members are available in my home.
