[Resolved] Express It Courier — non delivery and irresponsible behaviour | |||
dear sir, express it courier service is so poor that i dont have words to say.my courier which has been dispatched by icici bank on 13 sep.through express has not come to me.my courier has been earlier sent back to bank stating that my house was locked which is unbelivable .when i contacted to there local office in gzbd.(navyug market)excuses were given that we dont know any thing.then i tried several times to contact there delhi costomer care no.[protected],[protected] nobody bothered to respond.i want that companys top management should know about the services given to there customer .my bill no.-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Very very bad service.From Last 10 days, you have been delaying the delivery giving some or the other excuse like(server down, Delivery boy not available, Delivery boy is busy, person is in leave etc..). Is this the way you are treating with your customer by telling next day again next day again...
I think I spend more by calling you rather than the delivery cost of the parcel.

I have parcel from my ICICI mumbai despatched by 21st of April'11. From the mumbai office i have received the POD number on 29th april'11and tracked it with the Courier portal and i rang them the number given in the portal. No one number is alive.finaly i rang one mobile number and enquired it with them. they told me the despatch will happen on the next day, but hte same day they went to the address of mine which is old one and the address given in the parcel. i already gave a PAN card copy to my neighbour and authorisation letter to receive the goods. The courier people refused to give it. and i gave a call to the courier. thay are asking a mail form the sender mentioning the new address. so the next day i went to the courier office and shown the old address proof, my PAN card copy and Driving License for ID proof, my new Address proof.But, they won't accept it and told me that to send amil form the sender mentioning the new address. What is the logic behind this? No one courier do like this. They need a proof that's all.plz do it change your policies atleast to avoid the creation of bad name in future. or is it the way you people make your revenue?

I have got the call from the head office in bangalore and requested to give me the employee id and i have given then and they told me that it will reach the office address within two days however i have not received yet. It is almost one week.
Reference No. [protected] Airwaybill No [protected]
Because of this i am not able to pay my credit card bill, so kindly return back to the bank if you cannot dispacth it properly

I am sk ismail, I have one importent courier(Debit card) My Bill no. [protected].But not delivary to me even with out contact to me that corier return back to Bank.
