Fashion and You — partial delivery
I just received one of the two kurtis I had ordered online. I am yet to receive the second kurti. I ordered my products on 31st May. It has been 5 weeks but no news of the second kurti. When I posted this complaint on their facebook page, I did not receive any reply. Dear Vandana JJ,

Baught a product from this well established fashion house and after receiving the same due to sizing issue i dispacthed back the same and after so many reminder's and calls and wrritin compalints no positive revert and response received from them.. every time i commited by them that i would get my amount back with in 72 hrs but even after struggle of 72 days i am not bale to get back my amount . I am also going through a similar experience. Placed order with Fashion and you, order# 514042. Already paid by credit card on 15/6/2011. Still have not received the products. No response to emails sent from one week. I have purchased from at least 5 online stores. This is the first time I am going through this torture. Hope these messages will save others...Somen
