Date 06.07.2010 To, The Consumer forum New delhi, India Sub: - Refund of topoff money of my Mobile no [protected] from airtel Dear Sir, I have purchased one Air tel prepaid sim card of Mo No [protected] and its sim no is[protected] H-2 on 07/04/2010 from Ridhisidhi commercial center Greater noida contact no [protected] name Mr R.K.Singh. The card was activated after 2 days and I was done top off of amounting 890 from nokia Jagat form Greater noida in 2nd week of April 2010 from Mr yaspal Mo No [protected]. The mobile was working properly but when I was went to Chennai on 20/06/2010 for two months. The service of the said sim card immediately stops by the airtel without assigning any reason. After so many times requesting with air tel, they have not agreed to activate the sim card as well as refund the money. The letter of airtel is enclosed Therefore you are requested that please do needful action to get back money of amounting Rs 882.00 from airtel.
