[Resolved] Freecharge.in — amount deducted from account but recharge not done | |||
Hey I recharged my tata sky setup box yesterday using www.freecharge.in.My subscriber id is [protected].I recharged it for Rs. 400.After typing my internet security password a blank screen appeared and on the address bar it was written as success.The amount has been deducted from my axis bank account.And there is no invoice number given to me.The following is the transaction details from the bank:- Date[protected] Details- PUR/ACCELYST SOLUTION/MUMBAI/300712/19:04 Amount- Rs.400.00 So,I request you to please look into the matter as fast as possible and reply soon. I recharged 3664 INR fro KOTAK Debit card to pay Vodafone postpaid bill. Amount got deducted and no recharge done. No reply to emails and there is no customer care number. This is absolute fraud and Indian government must push them behind the bars - to stop them cheating innocent people.
