[Resolved]  Gift 360 degree — Order Not Received from 2 months

Dear Concern,

This is to bring to notice that I had ordered for a Philips MP3 player from your 360 degree helpline on 19th May ’08 but did not get any reference number and did not get the product even. But I am charged on my credit card for the same transaction. I am sending u a snap shot of the online statement for your reference. Please let me know what can be done as I haven’t received the MP3 player as yet.

I won the prize of 'Benetton Wrist Watch' threw sodexo food coupons, after that I have immediately took DD on 'Kaviraj Houseware and sent to you on 12th May'2009, After several reminders, I have got order no of '59326'. No.of times I discussed with your colleagues, they are telling to me you will got your product with in a week like that... but till date, I have not got my gift, Once again Am requesting you to send my gift to the following address because we are not having the facility of 'Blue Dart Courier service' at Bhoopalapally

I had purchased a DVD player with a 5.1 HTS under a combo package from gift360. I received my product within 2 weeks promptly without any delays and also, their staff were quite polite in letting me know the status of my product every time i called them for the same. I wonder why all you had such harrowing experience, but then I was very happy with their service and attitude.

I am sure that there must many complaints against such transactions, but i just dont want to link me too to dishearten gifts360 staff as my order was responded more quicklly than i actually thought. So there must be some system or logistic error with some of the above transactions.
I am sure that this appreciation from me would lead gifts 360 staffs n system to work more smartly n effectively. This will for sure bulidup the confidence of customers like me who frequantly rely on online shoppings.

I do agree, the service of gift360 is pathetic. i request the customer not to transact with them. I purchased a pen drive on an EMI basis but they charged me the complete amount for it. I was continuiusly in touch with sumone by the name Mr Pushvinder who was not willing to respond. They don't answer the call nor do they revert back by email. I too am very disappointed with their services.

Looks like Gift360 has cheated many people. I bought a product in the month of july 09 and till now i've mailed them and called their customer support several times, all they say is that the product is out off stock and i'll be receiving the same ASAP. But till now i have'nt received it. I mailed the proof that i have brought the product, to a person named sandeep ([protected]@gift360.co.in). Even he gave the same reply, out off stock... And couple of times the customer support people even hung up my call, coz i used to call them almost frequently...

We had booked a Rebok Fitness Kit, which was delivered to my address without the Reebok shoes, but a voucher came with the kit for the shoes. But the shoes are not available here. The Citibank is saying that they will send us a pair of sunglasses instead of the reebok shoes. But this is an undervalued product compared to the shoes. We would like to have the shoes only. If the company can't send the shoes then why the hell are they selling the kit, without sufficient stock? Kindly refnd the money you hve charged us and make arrangement to collect the reebok kit immediately, else we will take up this matter with the consumer grevience society if India.

I had placed an order for the Sampre fashion jewelry set. Its been 22 days, and i have still not received it. Have interacted with the customer care executives Abhi, sonia and many more... Have taken the FedEx tracking number from Abhi, the tracking results show a Delivery exception. When i contacted the customer care regarding this status, sonia put the call on hold for more than 3 minutes. Its ridiculous to put the customer on hold for so long.. I have mentioned the names of the executives just to express my frustration and their careless negligence towards the same.

And to add to all this intolerance, the item cost has already been absorbed from my account.. How pathetic can that be !!!

Gift360 — order not delivered

I have made an order of product code 59041 to gift360 in the month of june 2009. At that time I have asked them to debit my credit card account. but they have not delivererd my product till date. I have cancelled that order on dated 11th august 2009. but again they have not given my money back. I again contact them in the month of march they told me that till date there is not cancellation done of my order. and they asked me to send a mail to cancel that order. now they are saying that we can't cancel that order as it is too long time. they are making fool of mine from so many time first they said the order will be deliverered within one week then they said the material is not there it will take some time but still they have not deliver the order. And they have taken the payment on the same time when i made the order. when i gave the order they have to take the money through EMI's in six months but they deducted in once .the order number was 59041.kindly help me to get my money back as they are not giving any satisfactory answer to me. whenever u talk to them they will give a new answer but till date neither they have not given my money nor the product.

We ordered a digital camera Sony Cyber shot DSC-S2100 through ICICI credit card at Gift360. Unfortunately we have to return this product as it is not up to the mark we expected. The Accessories that were told over the phone to us from your customer care executive was different and what we got is different.
Our Order number is 106121.
Also its not a best bye because just paying Rs 1000 more (for Rs 7000) in the showrooms itself we are getting same digital camera where we also get Pouch, Data cable, Rechargeable shall, charger and also a 4 GB memory card(You can verify it from showrooms like Girias also). All these accessories are from Sony itself not from the shop where we buy. Sony providing so many accessory with this cam. I really don’t know how come we did not get this. Only thing we got here is DG cam, datacable, 2 Rs 8 Battery.
Whatever you have mentioned in the catalog “Best buy”, ” Save money” nothing we find. We are not saving anything here. Its all looking fake. When we get a better outside, if we get better accessories for little more cost why should we buy from GIFT360?.
If you call the same person back (customer executive) he is not helping at all. People who will behind for order is not just turning also. We have to send e-mail for complaint. God only know when they will address that.
I really took that camera with lots of expectation to gift my some and very disappointed. Plz suggest me what should I do?
