Subject : poor quality and bad services

My name is sanjay ghelani & i am consumer of your gtpl broadband connection.
Details are as following

First of all i would like you to focus your attention that i am highly not satisfied with your product quality, support and services.
Reason for purchasing gtpl broadband connection:-
I am a technical support executive for a private limited co. And have to complete my daily assignment punctually and so i required an quality internet broadband and so i purchased your above mentioned plan with my whole trust on gtpl brand name.
I only require internet after my office hrs between 9.00 pm to 9.00 am.
Reason why i am not satisfied:-
01> i have never received proper connectivity at my requirement. (Un-plugged or error 678)
(Abhishek ji what’s use of broadband connection if not available at time)

02> whenever i placed complaint i have been place with a complaint number and committed to get solution next day morning.

03> next morning to evening it works, but then again same problem repeats and up to now the same.

04> at the time of marketing your broadband i was ensured about connectivity and reliability by your marketing executive mr. Pratik parekh ([protected]) & mr. Karan singh ([protected])


Other thing under my observation regarding quality-maintanance and responciblities:-

01> worst cabling system, quality & maintenance


02> carelessness and irresponcopility towards society & people

Here in shreenand nagar-iv, block “f” your ofc cable, network device, media converter are placed on the terries.
For the same ac power supply is provided using rj-45 lan cable which is very badly wired and can cause unexpected accident. Here shreenand nagar society is family resident areas which consist of children, women and peoples usually use terries for playing and other purpose.

Who would be responsible for any accident occurs due to this irresponcipilities?

I am not any more interested to use your broadband connection and so please kindly refund my connection charges paid and discontinue your ugly services.

I have also suffered 678 error and lost more than 15 days of connectivity due to unprofessional attitude of GTPL ahmedabad. My plan was 6 gb 6 months. they had p[romised me extension for days missed due to non connectivity and the amount of GB that remained unused will be carried forward.
Speed becomes slow by the passing a time...
gtpl service is very bad and not use the gtpl broadband and contact no [protected]
My user Id is pritijoshi. i am complains last Many days about my internet problems to your Baroda Branch
personnels but they are not response properly and today i have give Cancel application of my internet connection becouse of Mentely Harresment.
I use many Inter net company has net but found no one give me good Servise not, once I saw the ad on TV for gtpl broadband and I called the office at baroda of GTPL ([protected]/76) and I the Internet booked in 2 days to put my home on the Internet, today I use the Internet to 1 year of GTPL Broada 2 month ago I was much rain, which is close to 1 day a Gtpl I Customer Care I spoke and I have written to their complaints and the tech there did me in 3 hours, and Problem Solved I made a lot of GTPL and his friends happy, I just advised GTPL the Internet. GOOD service and Support to tech. ( lalit sir, sandip, pratik sir and many)
I have proposed today to be one of the subscriber and handed over a cheque on BoB .
I am Bhupen.

I hope they must have up graded method of connectivity.

So I invite GTPL technical executive to demonstrates installation method.

In case, found imroved, I will react withinn a day or two.

internet installed before 2 weeks.
but in 1 week my connection give error like "678" means Cable not connected.

before install this connection sales person says your complaint will be solve with in 24 hr.

after 1 day of my complain i call to customer care at that time he says that 24 working hours means it take 3 days

(8 hrs working per day * 3 working days)

u may mail me [protected]@gmail.com.

i try to call technician head but when i call him "Number dose not exists".

in customer care there is not any available for answer a call i have to call minimum 15 to 20 times for complain.
Hi,

I have been using GTPL for a year & half plus but i am not satisfied with the services. The 678/651 (for Windows 7 users) problem pops put every now & then, especially at crucial times! Moreover, because of the new toll free customer service no., you have to hang in quiet a while before an executive happens to pick the call.

The service technicians respond lazily & only come by the end of the day (without any intimation) when you are just having your evening plans! They mess around with the cable & wires & leave with absolute no idea as to what is wrong.

In my case, as nothing seemed wrong, they came to the conclusion (on the 4th day of complaining) that the cable wire has water in it & needs to be replaced. No wonder I am having a tough time with my computer as it shuts down every now & then! the water must have got into the CPU as well!

Anyways, since i was not available at home on the 4th day, they put the blame on my absence...there technicians were infront of my house & ready to replace... & closed the complaint without solving it as they were being questioned by their superiors on the delay!

I definitely wont recommend their services (unless its the last option) to anyone after going through it for the last 18+ months! I am discontinuing with their services even if i dont get any refund!

I am gtpl customer since last 3 years. i have also faced the same problems in past. but at that time gtpl was new company and competitors disturbed them to do the same.

Now in any problems you face in future just reach at Anirudhsinh Jadeja (Anubhai - MD GTPL). he does not know all this problems.so if you want good result or refund just reach at their home directly at SABARMATI - every one know their home. his nature is like god, really really he is good person, i want to inform you to him instead of customer care and see result.

I am from gujarat(ahmedabad) New Ranip.

My complaint is that i has given the amount of Rs4800 to GTPL for internet connection on 10/08/09. They told me connection will be done in 2 days. I have called to Mr.Milan([protected]) and Mr.Dhruvan([protected]) (Mr.Dhruvan collected payment) more than times about connection. But they are not responding me properly. They are just extending the time limit of connection and behaved like - "what you can do after paid you". And i need it urgently. So, please do needfully for me.

I am Sanjay Ghelani the complainer.

Kindly I want to inform you all that I have renewed my GTPL account due to one if the sales guy from GTPL insted me very much. He has taken me in confidence that the service and support is improved

I am now using GTPL --last 4 months (Sep 2011 to August 2011) and have no majors issue occurred. Now I personally feel that GTPL broadband have improved a lot.

Let see further guys...please do not Hesitate to get GTPL broadband. IT is really improver. My contact no is [protected] ...please call me to get feedback.

it is very bad service...in future i never take a internet connection from the GTPL even if any one is going to take the GTPL connection i will suggest that please do not trust and believe in GTPL internet


i also face the same problem every day like

when i connect to internet by giving user name and password it work good only for 10-15 minutes then i receive a message like redial a network connection

i face the same problem every 20-25 minutes

even the speed is very slow
it is best and best for me to use the internet by using mobile via data cable for stable connection
