SALES CALLS are Daily Routine but CUSTOMER SERVICE takes the back SEAT ....... HDFC was not known for this WHY HDFC is becoming ICICI Bank ...... ? Is this the Customer Service that is expected out of a No. 2 Private Bank in India ???????? Really SAD that there has been no call no response from any of the executive or any e-mail wherein My problem remains the same .... The Support function to the customer seems very weak at HDFC but the Sales team is very sharp - There has been no satisfactory reply from such a great looking Privatised bank and also the person who has been asking for a response is a CORPORATE CUSTOMER - BHARTI AIRTEL group employee.... I am a saving salaried A/C holder in your bank under A/C No. [protected], Yesterday when I was an urgent need of money so i went to PNB ATM Doiwala and Inter the card ATM machine and feed Rs. 3900 but ATM Not Process then Agine Try Rs 3800 But no tranction it and recevied a slit ATM Machine Write this slip Transaction Declined responce Code Unable to Process this slip transaction no. is 2652
when i went HDFC ATM Rishikesh. It was shocking that even though my account showed withdraw due to reason not known to me.
When iI call to your customer care Today he give me a complain no.DIL047873
Please do the needful to solve the same as earliest, Otherwise I may have to take a legal action

respected sir,i hv lost my 100/- rs for just transaction from other atm machine, my account in hdfc bank account no.is [protected] .i hv lost my 100/- rs for just transaction from corporation bank atm machine barabanki, even i didn, t get cash from corporation atm machine, machine shows transaction denied & i hv taken back my card but when i checked my balance then i shocked i hv lost my 100/- from my account . my card no. is [protected] hdfc easy shop card visa .
so plz check the matter & plz refund my cash back in my account .

HDFC Bank — Money not dispensed by ATM but debited.
on[protected] i withdrew money from scetor-14 atm machine that is next to the bank . I first withdrew 20000 from the machine and it gave the money then as i wanted more money i swiped for another 20000 but the machine didnot give the money i thought that may be the machine doesnot has that much cash so i tried another 10000 but the machine didnot give that money either . But later i found out that the money has 30000 that machine didnot give has been debitted from my account. When i made a complaint with the customer care they said that it is a case of clear withdrawl . i insisted them to have a look at there cctv footage they said they donot have a cctv there but later i found out that there is a camera in that atm and i made a complaint to the branch but even they have not taken the note of my complaint seriously.Please note go to nationalisd bank go to any other bank but not people who do not value there customers. HDFC Bank — Cheque has not been cash till date in my account
Hello,I dont to how to reach the CC executive of HDFC bank..My prob is that...Around 10days back..One of the HDFC bank executive called me asked me that they are collecting cheques in person and dropping them in respective accounts and the Eexcutive name was :"ASHWINI" here is her number she used to call[protected].
she used to call me daily untill i gave my cheque to one of the executive sent by her to my home to collect.Till now my cheque has not been dipossited in my account.unfortunately, i dont have the cheque number the only proof is her name and her Land line number which was mentioned above..Help Me..(and this is my Salary account so i trusted HDFC and had not noted the cheque number which was a big mistake)
