[Resolved]  Hp — HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR BY HP SERVICE CENTER

I bought an HP Pavilion tx1218au Notebook PC on the first week of November 2007 from Mega Computers, Noida, India and started facing problems soon enough.

It occasionally used to hang in the initial days. Later, it started hanging and getting re-started on its own a midst of my work.
The problem kept on aggravating until one day when it finally crashed. I ran the recovery cd that I got with the package but in vain. I realized it was some hardware problem and gave it to the official HP repair center in Noida. i.e. Elite Business Machine Pvt. Ltd., D-43, 1st floor, Sector - 2, Noida. (Phone no.[protected]. They diagnosed it and told me that it had a faulty mother board and that they are replacing it.
A week later I got my laptop back from the service center. But within the first week of recovery, all the problems re-occurred and that too severely.
1. The very second day, its touch-pad stopped working.
2. Next day, it started producing frequent hangs and system restarts.
3. Finally it crashed.
4. I ran the recovery disk again, but the system crashed again.

I again went to the same service station and elucidated the problem.

Their engineer Mr. Amit Sharma and Ms. Shehnaaz, after 3 weeks of diagnosis, replaced the mother board again. When I asked them to explain me the problem, they simply refused!! However Mr. Sharma assured me that I won't face the problem again. But the very next morning, my laptop crashed again. I again had a talk with Mr. Sharma and Ms. Shehnaaz but they are not even aware of the issue. They don't exactly know about the problem. They want me to carry my laptop again to them.

I'm highly dissatisfied with the product and the service center quality. My business work has taken a serious blow because of the in-efficient machine. Past two months brought completely traumatizing experiences for me only because of HP.

I would request you to replace it with a new laptop so that I can start enjoying my work without any crash. I believe that HP will take the issue on priority and will provide me the satisfying solution.

HP — faulty laptop

Regarding the laptop purchased from an authorized dealer of hp ,in october 2009.
The laptop given to me was faulty. As it had being given to the service center in january 2010 and it has being 4 months , till now no report on the progress of the service done on it has being provided. I would be pleased if any action against the company and the hp service center(Noida) is taken and a replacement is given to me in exchange of the faulty laptop.

HP — no hardware fault only software fault

My hp laptop was not working fine. The graphics display had started showing dots. These were mainly on games scerensavers etc. which used the video card. When i called up the hp customer care center they continuosly rejected my complaint saying its a software fault and we are not responsible for providing software assurance. they told me 10 things to do including formatting and reinstalling my OS.
I did everything and still it did not work. I am an IT student so i tried to explain to them that the issues arise only when i try to use graphics but they kept rejecting it. They even said they do not have sufficient technical knowledge to explain why this problem is occurring.
Finally i took it to a repair shop and he replaced the system board and it started working absolutely fine.
Who will repay me for this while i am in warranty.

HP — hp compaq 6530s notebook pc

HP — shortage of technical specifications during shipment

have purchased a laptop DV4 1412 tu, i have reviewed the product in the HP official website and and i have taken the product in E Zone, Jubilee Hills. after receiving the product I observed that the display adapter is changed from NVDIA to Intel, and also remote controller is missing. I have logged a complaint to HP support but there is no positive reply. They are simply escaping by telling it is not provided. The checklist provided on the case of laptop resembles, my laptop is provided with remote control. If this model is not provided with remote control how it apears in the check list. Now HP support is simply conforming that there is no remote control for this device so we are providing dummy. In this way as a HP customer I got cheated.

Please I request authority to look in to the issue and take necessary action on the concern.

I had purchased a printer from hp j4580.(4 in one ). Printer is in warranty Period. I have a flickring problem in my HP laptop screen since dec 09.Initially i took my laptop to BHOPAL(INDIA) HP service center(MP Nagar) on 26th december with warranty ending on 9th jan. but due to some reasons service engineers couldn't identify the problem. and they returned my laptop on 5th saiying if problem still persists you can come up again and it'll be counted as warranty case.in two days i went back as the problem was not over this time they identified the problem and give me a "Yellow slip" saying "PART PENDING" but they have never replaced that.I am not left with any other option except to go for consumer court..and please if you can provide some good service engg that'll be really greatfull. I dont have time to come up again and again to HP care as my jobs timings are that way..thats why i am writing..

I have already registered complaint online with service request number-4439890. But giving some reasons no one is responding to my mails...plz. if you can i need to talk to some responsible person from HP!! may I??

I am sorry to tell you my friend if the specs don't match the product it was sold to your refurbished even though you thought you bought it new. However get with a computer geck, because it is possible the names have changed but man the exact samething happened to me and they will not give me a refund and if you are interested in joining me in a class action lawsuit please contact me at[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com or a case with consumer affairs.

HP — Quality of Product

Dear Sir,
First off all let me say that I apologize for sending this directly to you but I feel as Hewlett Packard’s care what is going on and how employees are treating loyal customers.
I would like to draw your kind attention on manufacturing quality of model pavilion dv6. I have opted the latest configuration just to use at least 2 -3years.
I was very much sure that world famous brand like HP will give me the best quality, but I am sorry to say “touch pad left button is not working properly within 3-4 month” .
As per your local service team (RT out sourcing Ltd, jaipur), it’ is damage & will be chargeable.
If this model is so delegate & sensitive, I don’t think it should be marketed. I am very much sure; this model will damage our hard money.
Kindly draw your kind attention and advice to replace my Laptop with any durable model.

HP — Repeated supply of Defective part

I'd given my laptop HP DM3 1016 to HP service franchisee- M/s RT Outsourcing, SP Marg, Allahabad with various issues on 20 July 2010. They informed me that mother board needs replacement which had been ordered.
after 10 days they informed that part had arrived DOA (Dead On Arrival) and they have again placed the order for fresh piece. After 4 days they informed that part arrived is again DOA. Now today after 4 days again the part arrived is DOA.
I don't know wether it is a problem with world reputed company-HP that they send the parts without checking it or RT Outsourcing engineers are not competent enough to diagnose the problem correctly.
To get my answer, I requested repeatedly( even I got irritated) to RT Outsourcing to give me contact number of any HP person but they had not provided me the number.
I also tried to get contact no. from HP Call Centre but they have also denied to give any number. Most amazingly, even the call centre operators get the call disconnected.
It is now 21 days lapsed but there is no sign that when I would get my system back.

Iam a member of HP Spin and Win Programme.
On 16.06.2010 I won an HP K-109 printer but till date I have not received the same despite several e mails.
The helpline nos. are not responding at all.

HP — non deliver of gas cylinder

I booked gas for home delivery and booking no. is 354 but after 15-20 days till today not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to the agency i.e. Johar Gas Agency, no one receive call or they says today must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing problem due to this type of service. I hope you will solve my problem as possible as soon.

H/P desk top — non function

I purchased H/P desk computer in 2007 with a warranty period of three years. Exactly on the last day of the warranty the PC packed up. Repeated requests to the firm from where the PC was bought had no effect. We volunteered to go in for AMC, to which there was no response. It is now out of order since Aug 31st and I dont know who to contact for its repairs. I most certainly did not expect this sort of service when I bought the PC.
