Hi

I am holding ICICI credit card on which I had redeemed my reward pints for big bazaar vouchers for Rs 600.00 but the did not received to me till date. I have been following up with ICICI for more than two months but they are just buying time and not resolving my issue. I have spoken to their customer care Manager Mr Ritesh abt 20 days back and he confirmed that vouchers will be redispatch to me in two days but till date the same hasn't been sent. On 29/08/09 I hava again called up to the customer care ans spoken to another manager Mr Chankar. he also assured me that this will be my last call to ICICI and I will get the vouchers after in 48hrs but till date i.e. 04/09/09 no response from ICICI.

My Complaint number with ICICI is 'ICICICARE=[protected]' ,

Would request you to take up this long pending issue with ICICI and resolve the same at the earliest

Dear Sir,
I made some investments with a company named UNIINDEX a Singapore based MLC company involved in investments taking in . deposits through an ICICI bank Ac.NoICICI[protected] IFSC No 0000048). I made the investments thinking the involvement of a reputed fronline bank like the ICICI bank would be a genuine one and safe. But the company, it seems, has taken the investors for a ride.
Will the ICICI bank care to go through the company's bank account given above and confirm if they have not bolted from Indian soil duping scores of investors like me .
Hope this finds some sympathetic enquiry by the bank.

Auto-debit

If the card member holds a savings account with ICICI Bank, he/she may pay by giving a written instruction to debit from such an account every month on the payment due date.

ICICI Bank Ltd — Outstanding reported after 6 yrs w/o proof of documents to CIBIL

Hi,
I have recd CIBIL report to check my personnel credit rating, in which I have found that ICICI Bank has reported me as defaulter for paying outstanding amt of Rs. 26k on Jan'11.
I asked for details from bank with proof of corresponding communications from bank to me on registered address with bank because I had never recieved any outstanding statement from bank for last 6 years.
The said outstanding was cleared by me in 2005 itself and closed my relation with ICICI bank due to bad service from them. Unfortunately I have not kept record of my payment which I had made to bank agent in nov'11. It was also never required because after that I had not recd any call or letter from bank so I assumed that bank has cleared all my records...

Bank is unable to provide me outstanding statement with transaction details and also follow up proofs if it is genuine outstanding....

Pls help me to come out of such fraud or problem created by bank after 6 yrs.

This is one of thee worst situation I have faced as being a customer of ICICI Bank.I have complained theat Rs 1251 has been deducted by my account on 5the of October witheout my knowledge and got reply from theem theat send CDF form and what theey guys did, blocked my registered E-mail ID so theat I will not be able to send mails to theem.And theey all will be free to not to do anytheing.Over thee phone you guys are saying theat theey cant do anytheing until or unless customer will not sent you CDF form and otheer side you blocked E-mail ID.10 times I tried to send thee scan copy of CDF form but every time I am getting message theat "Your E-mail is rejected by thee recipient because of filtering".What a ridiculous you guys are doing...This is totally fraud theat ICICI bank people are doing..It's already 10 days past but I am not seeing a single step has been taken by ICICI Bank regarding my complain.Plz help me..Icicibank is not helping at all.Icicibank people have given just one Service request i.e SR[protected] and doing notheing.I have already called theem 50 of times.

I have requested to Respected Kamath Sir, to help me on extent and also you are advice me in right way always i respect your advice but every time is changed not fair with me and my humble requestplease be fair with me and all of your customers be in service sector.


Kindly advice to Mr. Ray or Mr.. Pranaya Patra to speak to memy core issue to relief fromICICI..

This is very embarrassing for me to blame me in such a manner with a false statement, I always polite and humble towards your official when ever i spoke to them always try to addressed my request and for your kind information Mr. Jyoti Ray never ring me and not even as you mentioned dt. 07.10.2012.

Several times your collection people & legal representative use me very rough language before the OTS Process for same my entire family has mentally very disturb a long time.

I have not intention to revoke my commitment as your officer Mr. Jyoti Ray has committed me to waive such amount then after i paid less of Rs.2761.80 with due concern.

Also you may understand when your collection guy has come to me for collection of Rs.10000/- was my last outstanding dues but where as he collect from me less of Rs.2761.80 why?.

And since that day there is no follow up me from your side after that as i mentioned i have ask so many times to Mr... Jyoti Ray to issue me my NOC always he said you have to come to our bank for collect the same due to i was out of town not able to do so.

Please accept the fact, I never got a call or any letter from bank side since the settlement date, I have assumed my loan has been closed also Mr. Jyoti has confirmed me for issue me my NOC.

Then after one and half year later suddenly i got a call from your legal representative with rough languages to pay Rs.89547/- and then i have addressed him my all the facts one by one even i have send a sms for same then in the next day some one from there office said me you just pay Rs.30, 000/- will settle the issue, I said i don't have any dues outstanding.

Then i try to address my request to Respected Kamath Sir to get me relie[censored]nnecessary mentally troucher by your people and later i spoke to you over phone, also you communicate me through mail after discussed with you management and investigate my facts to deposit Rs.2761.80/- (which is my outstanding from Rs.115000/-).

Please kindly get me relief am not agree with your advice and am not breach the contract & oblige

Sub: Fraud done by ICICI bank employee in my account

This is in regard to the fraud done by your employee, Neha, in my account ICICIDirect.com. I had gone to ICICI bank in phase- to get my account updated which was not working properly. Your employee Neha updated the account online. After she updated the account, it still did not work. The password was not working. Then I gave her my account’s password and ID in order to get the account restored. After taking my ID and password she started working from my account without my knowledge. She sold all the shares from my account.

I am an old customer of your bank and as I trust your bank I was not aware of such frauds by your very own employee. As I used to work once in a while from that account so I did not used to check it regularly.

I did not receive any statement ever since I got my account updated by your employee, Neha. She has done a fraud of 70, 000 from my account. She has done trainings from my account of Rs 48, 780. All the details are attached with this letter. I did not receive any statement about all these transactions as your employee, Neha, had somehow stopped all the statements from reaching.

I came to know about these frauds later when ICICI bank had taken some action against her. She came to my house and told me that if I receive any call from the Bombay bank regarding her then I should just confirm to everything done by myself. She asked me to take the whole blame on me even though the fraud was done by her from my account without my knowledge. At that moment, I went to Chandigarh branch of your bank and got my statements out myself from there. Then I checked all the statements and saw that the frauds as trainings and share transactions were done by her from my own account.

I had just 5 policies. She had done 10 more policies from my account without my knowledge. She took the cheques for these policies by manipulating that a cheque is having some mistake or installments need to be deposited or on the name of my son or daughter and on wife’s name by saying that there needs to be a transfer. As she was your bank’s employee I did not question the bank proceedings. She used these cheques to make new policies without my knowledge. She even stopped the policies and bank papers from reaching my home. The policies never reached me till date in fact.

After enquiring myself, I asked her about the policies. I still did not receive any information about the policies from her. After regularly going to the Chandigarh and Mohali branches of your bank and trying to contact your bank official, Mr. Piyush, who has not given any time to even talk to me about this matter which a very unprofessional and careless attitude as the fraud has been done by your own employee.

I am hopeful you will understand the problems I have been through by your bank and you will return the money I have lost due to this fraud as soon as possible. Otherwise the only option I have is to move to the court or to contact the media regarding this fraud done by the employee of your bank.

I am working as CEO of an International Bank in Africa. In the month of September, 2012 I received the renewal Credit Card from ICICI Bank and so far the card could not be activated. Several times contacted the customer care but of no use. Contacted the Kodambakkam (Chennai) Manager for help but nothing happened. I had to cut a very sorry figure in Chennai Airport, Mumbai international Airport and brussels Airport as the card is rejected by the system and I had to pay in cash in Dollars. You do not have any mail IDs of ICICI bank's CEO, ED or some senior responsible official. Can anybody in ICICI Bank help me to activaten this credit card before I choose any other card? Is ICICI bank alive to their customers complaiants? I was informed by my friend that ICICI BANK is facing the highest customer complaints in various consumer courts and advised me to change my credit card from ICICI Bank to any other bank. ICICI Bank appears to be the worst in customer service.

This is to inform you the total way of dissatisfaction your bank
rep had with me I am running from pillar to post to open my ICICI
direct account I have personally spoken to Nyati Froria of bombay
she promised to look into the matter but to total dissatisfaction
I was made to run up and down atlastfor last 15 days, I personally went to ICICI
direct office in pune when it was told that the account is operational
when I tried I was unable to do it, infront of Mr Vivek sharma
Reg Manager he himself did try to open the account but he was
unsuccessful. So he tried to liase with ICICI Bombay office it is
learn t that Some Resp bank Rep by name Sachin LOHOKARE had
a quarrel the resultant my account before opening is locked and it will
take another 10 days to open the account. You can refer my earlier mails in
this regard and the type of harassment by the Bank representative
and officer have done

I totally submit my displeasure and would request that I want to speak to you
in person and sort out the matter In case you are unable kindly let me know
the further step of action against such dirty harassment which I want to
make it public and redress to RBI and TOP MINISTRY and declare it in
the newspaper with all details SHAMEFUL AFFAIR.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I writing to lodge a serious complaint against ICICI Prudential. I am an NRI, living in the UK, and have been treated with absolute disrespect with regards to obtaining my money that is stuck in your bank. I am not willing to place all details about my account history on this forum but I have put below my reference number pls plus copy of an email that was sent to a very incompetent and rather rude customer services person called Dimple A.

My correspondence has been going since January 2013 and since then, I have spent money sending over recorded delivery mail from the UK all original documents a total of FOUR times. Each times, details have been lost or not verified.

In the event that I do not receive an email back from a senior member of the ICICI Prudential team then I shall be contacting the CEO, Mrs Chanda Kochar, with a full recount of my issue. Furthermore, I shall be contacting the bank's public relations team as well as local newspapers to highlight the extremely poor service that ICICI Prudential offers its national and international customers.

I am absolutely furious with the quality of service that I have received from the ICICI relating to my claim. As explained repeatedly, in detail, I have posted extremely important papers by international recorded delivery which the ICICI have claimed not to have received despite having been sent and signed for in the branch.

With the failure of ICICI after three attempts at delivery I then repeatedly sent the same vital documents as PDF and jpg file formats.

As I explained in the recent letter, I am concerned that you appear to be deliberately trying to avoid paying me the money I am due. This matter has now dragged out since January and it is now almost June - six months to find my post or open pdf''s is not acceptable.

Please confirm you have received and opened these file attachments. I also want to write to the senior customer service manager so please provide the email and postal address.
