[Resolved]  ICICI — Lost of my Debit Card

Dear Sir/mam
I am RAJESH DUBEY have an account with ICICI Bank, A/c No.[protected],Branch-Saket E-30, New Delhi had lost my ATM Debit Card. My Last transaction was IDBI Bank ATM at Munirka, New Delhi, date[protected], time arround 8.30 pm and our available Balance is Rs.8875/-.
There after I have complaint with FIR to Vasant Vihar, Neh Delhi dated of[protected]. and also complaint to
ICICI Customer Care complaint ID is[protected].
With the direction of customer care I have sent the required document to DEBIT RECON TEAM, A WING 6th FLOOR, AUTOMN ESTATE, CHANDIVALI FARM, ANDHERI, MUMBAI-400072 by Speed post of date[protected].
But still I am not getting my new Debit Card. Please help me.

ICICI Bank Saket — Poor Service

During last 4-5 months I have went many times to ICICI Bank Saket to get Demand Drafts printed. On an average the time taken for getting a single DD printed is 1 hour(had to wait for three hours once). The reason being the printers(all 3 or 4 of them) never work properly. To get one DD printed I have to visit the place atleast twice. And I am often advised to get the same done at the Malviya Nagar or a nearby branch. This has been going on since last 5 months.

I am Parimala.M have an account with ICICI Bank, A/c No. [protected], Branch-Whitefiled (ITPL) branch Bangalore Karnataka, My Last transaction was HDFC Bank ATM at palaceguttahalli, Bangalore-03. Karnataka, date[protected], time arround 7.40a.m and my available Balance was Rs.9945/-.i could not see my message till 02nd Dec-2012, as my phone was with my husband and he is an uneducated. My amount was credited from the person till 1200Rs.
There after I have complaint with FIR to Vyalikaval, Bangalore dated of[protected]. and also complaint to
ICICI Customer Care complaint Request No. is SR[protected].
With the direction of customer care I have sent the required document to DEBIT RECON TEAM, A WING 6th FLOOR, AUTOMN ESTATE, CHANDIVALI FARM, ANDHERI, MUMBAI-400072 by Speed post on date[protected].
But still I have not got any call from the team as the courier was delivered on 05th Dec-2012. Please help me.
