[Resolved] ICICI Prudential iProtect — Worst icici prudential customer care | |||
Dear Sir, I have paid premium online for buying icici prudential iprotect term insurance. It has been almost two months the company not issued the policy to me inspite of me completing all the formailities. Raising complaint to them does not work.This happened to one of my friend as well. I request you to please take action against them for putting the customer to utter frustration with their bad service. If they can't manage customers, let them say no and refund back the amount 100% and with interest. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi All,
ICICI prudential is a worst policy which i have ever taken . All things whtever they are shown during policy loging are false . and customer care support even very bad .
I have 3 policies from ICICI 1 life stage assure and other is lifestage pension .and policy adviser misguiding the customer without telling charges thye are incuring from the customer and if we ask mentioned in the policy just thye will tell "that is standard document but ur policy will not that charges." But actully everything they will deduct and finally we will not get even what we are invested .
Charges what they will deduct are
Premium allocation charge 1% of the fund
fund management charge 2.25%
policy administration charge .5% month up to 30, 000 that 6% of the fund
mortality charges: 1.33%
policy administration charge: Rs 60 for month
+ service tax education cess added
so actually u will be paid nearly 10 to 18 % of the premium to company which will not even check wht customer getting benifited. and fund grwoth will be nearly 7% means u will be loosing 50 to 10% annually from the investment od fund growth shows & % but fund value will be -5 to 10 %
Great ICICI jeete raho becuase customer will die.

ICICI Pru iProtect — worst policy - please don't buy
HiIt's been more than a month to bought this policy (OL[protected]. Still i didn't get the any document related to my policy. Customer care people always say the same thing, we are tracking it and we will issue your policy very shortly. But after one month of tracking Now i am feeling like cheated. I got frustrate with this kind of servie from ICICI. I know i will have to wait for this policy but till when, i don't know.
So my concern is If ICICI provide this kind of service at the time of issue of the policy, what kind of service they will provide at the time of claiming. This is one of the major concern with this kind of service. so this is my personal opinion that please please please dont go with this policy just because little cheaper from other policy. Otherwise you will feel the same as i am.

I am completely agree with you, this is one of the worst customer support company i have ever experienced in my whole life. I also took the policy one month ago and i didn't get the any update of this policy. After talking with customer care they always tells the same sentence, sir we will issue this policy by end of this week. Now i am feeling cheated with this policy. I don't know when will i get this policy till I am going to raise this concern in public forum so that new people couldn't feel or suffer as i am feeling now.
