MUMBAI-400021 AND CREDITED TO ICICI PRU LIFE INSURANCE ON 01/12/2012
I WILL HAVE TO LODGE A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FOR CHEATING US
AND NOT ATTENDING TO OUR VARIOUS COMPLAINTS AS TO WHY THE POLICY IS NOT ISSUED SINCE
RS 15,000/- WAS DEBITED TO MY CURRENT ACCOUNT FOR POLICY NO.[protected] HOSPITAL CARE-II
WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF RS 12662/- BEING CREDITED IN YOUR PRU LIFE INSURANCE A/C.
WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED FULL AMOUNT OF RS 15,000/-
PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS VERY SERIOUS AND INVESTIGATE WHERE THE BALANCE AMOUNT
IS ADJUSTED

WHERE IS THE BALANCE AMOUNT ??????????????.
IF POLICY IS REJECTED THEN FULL AMOUNT IS TO BE REFUNDED
TO ME I.E. RS 15,000/ = IN TOTAL

PLEASE TREAT MATTER AS VERY SERIOUS , SINCE I WILL HAVE TO PROCEED LEGALLY AND
CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AND HARASSMENT ??????????????????

We have so far not received reply for rejection of insurance policy from your end
Without proper reason the insurance policy was rejected by you company
Fail to understand the working method in you reputed company that without assigning any reason the policy was rejected
Also we have been cheated by your employee ?MR VAIBHAV Pisal about MEDICAL BILLS can be reimbursed for new policy
WEALTH builder policy. We had informed him about misguided US and CHEATED us
ALSO MANAGER MR ROY DID NOT HELP US KNOWing guilt that we have CHEATED by VAIBHAV Pisal

Dear Sir/Madam.



I am Karan Chopra from Amritsar Town having a policy of your comapny with policy no: 05533327. I am continuing this policy from the last 3 yrs. But howsoever amount of Rs 4221/- has been deducted from credit card n:([protected])HDFC CARD against this policy.But i never gave any instructions for this auto debit facility. So kindly provide me the scanned copy of the card. So that i can check it out how this transaction took place.

WE WERE HELD TO RANSOM BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT REG. THIS ISSUE AND ARROGANT STAFF OF ICICI PRULIFE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED ONLY RS 12, 662/- ONLY AGAINST THE CHQ. NO. INFORMED BY YOU TO YOUR STAFF, HOWEVER CHQ. FOR FULL AMOUNT OF RS 15, 000/- WAS ISSUED UNDER SAME CHEQUE NO. WHEREAS YOUR RECORD WAS SHOWING PART PAYMENT RECEIVED.
THE PART REFUND OF RS 12, 662/- ONLY WAS DONE AFTER LOT OF PHONE CALLS AND REMINDERS VIA E-MAIL AFTER THREE MONTHS,
AND THE BALANCE AMOUNT WAS NOT REFUNDED AND KEPT IN YOUR
SUSPENSE ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS
THE SAME WAS RELEASED IN SECOND WEEK OF MARCH, 2013
