ICICI Bank — Non receipt of redemption value
Sir,I had deposited a sum of Rs 5000/- on tax saving Bond 022005-TSB-TWO on dated 08.04.2005 at
Baripada ,with the Bond No[protected] and certificate No 10418 and the maturity date was 8.4.2010.
but till date I have not received any communication from ICICI bank.
Therefore I request you to take necessary steps such that I shall get my matured value of the bond.

The redemption date was in 2010, the redemption warrant/Cheque was delivered at my old address at Bharuch, and I have shifted to Mumbai in 2010 and tried to contact several times to the registrar 3i infotech as per the instruction mentioned on warrant, but they are not responding my phone calls. I have the warrant dated 11th March 2010. Please advice where to submit this warrant to get the new warrant to receive the redemption or transfer the amount in my HDFC bank account, which is registered with you.
