I HAVE APPLIED BEFORE 3 MONTH FOR NET BANKING LOGIN &
PASSWORD IN IDBI BANK.MY A/C NO-052104000226929.
BUT TILL DATE I DONT HAVE RESULT FROM IDBI BANK...FOR THIS
I MET PERSONALY AT BHOPAL IDBI BANK....BUT TILL DATE
NO RESULT.

I AM SENDIND HISTORY OF MY MAIL TO IDBI BELOW

I m writting you since last 3 month but still i dont have any result.
should i go to conjumer foram or you people can understand
your job responcebility .Till date i don't recive my netbanking login ,password
at my address and this is my 23 mail to you.

if u can't support and help to customer than tell him/her to close
account from idbi bank ....

Dear sir,

As per various telephonic and mail Conversation about Intenet login
and password .i am follow up for three months with various executives
in mail and telephonic talk.but about two monts passed but result is
nill.this way the bank treat with customer. I have Filled the form for
internet banking about two months ago but no response from your end.So
Please suggest me that should I break all my relation ship with the
IDBI BANK..I HAVE A LONG RELATION SHIP WITH BANK BUT U R NOT

Copy of Sale Deed not yet reiceved - Idbi Bank

Hi,
I have taken an housing loan from IDBI bank (Customer id #3684870) in Oct 2007. Till date ie Mar 2008 i have not received a copy of the sale deed. I followed up with the Manager of IDBI bank(indiranagar branch) several times by giving 2 - 3 calls per day, still the issue is not yet resolved.

Look forward for your help in resolving this issue at the earliest.

the worst private sector bank.i have applied for ATM cum debit card before three months and send confirmation for morethan 4 times than also i didnt got ATM card yet. these bank s***s

this is sunila pattnaik is having a/c in idbi bank mahipalpur new delhi-37, my a/c no. is 075104000114790, add-K-4 sf6 shiv murti complex, mahipalpur new delhi-37, i was geting my salary from ATM IN THE MONTH OF OCT.when i was withdraw my salary from SBI ATM on the date of 09oct.08 that time i have in my a/c rs. 7347 is there so i want rs.7300whene inter then i dident get my money or in other hand that slip was show me only rs.27 in my a/c when i was giving complain in branch they have give me complain no.(RK/DISP 10.10.08) BANK WAS ALSO taking undertaking form me they gave me 7days from refund but after that they increase the time period realy what can i do without money how i m arrange my expendutatare. i dont think they returne my money.and i m also file the case in vasantkunj police station, plz take action against bank i'll facing lots of problem in this month plz help me
 

Pathetic Bank and pathetic service - Idbi Bank

This is to inform everyone that please do not bank with IDBI Bank for the simple reason that they dont know how to bank. There internet transaction facility is very poor. First they lure customers to do card to card transfer by making it free till March 2009. Thereafter, if one does the transaction it doesnt get credited to recipient's account within a week after getting debited from the giver's account at the time of transaction only. Their customer care says that it takes 3 working days maximum. My question is either the money should go to recever's account or it should come back. But if its not at both the places after the stipulated time required, where does the money go? is IDBI rotating the money of gullible customers?

Saving Account - Idbi Bank

I deposited the cash in the bank by 10:10AM and it was credited to my account by 03:00PM. Where's the service assurance given by the bank. Is the bank not responsible for it's employees not working properly. There should be some guidelines by the RBI to fine the Bank if the serivce committed is not given by the bank.

Due the there lathagic attitude I was fined Rs 221 since my cheque got bounced and the bank is not ready to accept their fault.

Resopected Sir, I have contacted your Erode Branch toda vy 6-45PM. The respectable lady officer told that the excess amount occured will have ser to Bombay. So u may contact your bank i.e State Bnk of India Dharapuram. Ihave already lodged A COMPLAINT WITH U ONLINE. Kindly do the needful for loss of Rs.10000/-. expecting ur reply.

I have registered a complaint against IDBI Bank today 27/11/2009, By mistake, I have given out details like folio number PAN number extra, you are requested not to display the complaint on your web site,

IDBI Bank - Bank

On 1st Dec, 2009 i went to ICICI ATM to withdraw amount 10000/= but it declined. i thought there must be an error with this particular ATM centre.

Then next very day(2ND Dec), i logged a complaint that this time i did get cash but the transaction sleep which i got was showing a transaction of previous day and amount of 10000/= was debited...which is undoubtedly i was no more prepare for that.

I then approached to nearest IDBI branch but thay said .. Had this been with IDBI ATM then we would have credited within 2 working days.

But after convincing him they gave me a ATM Dispute form and i submitted to him.

I again spoke to Customer Care of IDBI and got a number SSU/ATM/DISPUTE/02122009.

Consequences : I am still uncertain about whether my amount will be
credited in my IDBI account.

The thing which frustrates me is that amount has been debited and no one
is ready to consider it seriously. as per my knowledge as per RBI guidlines the SLA for the ATM dispute is 48 hours but bank saying that the 12 working day is SLA for the same & bank not consider Saturday as working Day Means same will done in approx 20-22 days.......plz do the needful

I opened savings a/c on last month in Salem branch and also applied for net banking. In that net banking fun transfer option cannot activate many times i approached bank but they didn't tell clearly.
