i am unable to contact corporate customercare while dialing the same number ie. 4999 but always forwarding my call to individual customer care as the result of it i will get unsatisfyied information from the executive because they have not any knowleldge about the corporate connection so i have a request for u that please solve this problem as soon as possible i will highly gratefull to u

sir, i get irritated of the phone call made by company for the new offer . it disturbs me badly .if idea want to tell all their customer toget knew of their scheme then i request them plz use another medium than disturbing customers. sir plz tell me any way to stop these curse

My Cell No. [protected]. It is known to me that after my recharge for Rs. 125/- on 27.12.2008 at 8 pm the amount of Rs. 100/- has been deducted from account and I enquired this matter to local service provider of IDEA. They informed that the said amount of Rs. 100/- has been deducted toward GPRS charges. Though I did not applied for the same facility.

You are requested to stop this GPRS charges in future and this service will not be provided to me as the same is not essential for me. You are also requested to credit Rs. 100/- in my account immediately as this facility not asked.

i m cutomer of idea my idea number is [protected] yesterday since morning i have try to contact dubai person but it not connected that person mobile it connected somwhere else whole time whenever it conected someother person were recieving my call at as call charge it deduct as rate of dubai rate i have try to call other person of dubai same problem if ask them sir or mam where it connected this number they refuse or answer sory wrong number whole day i get disturb about this problem i have complained idea customer care 98012345 number but they to unable to help me my allmost rs60 has waste in this way infect when by another mobile same it to have idea sim and connection it to make connected wrong person his number is [protected].
it is my humble request plz try to understand my problem and help and to give my compentation bcz here is not my mistake

I have recently purchased new Idea corporate connection of 699 Advance Rental. and I was informed that I can avail the facility o[censored]nlimited GPRS @ 99 by ur Representative. My verification has been done already. but I got a message from Idea that Gprs @99 will not be available with my plan. I have confirmed form your cust serv and they told me I should get this facility so could you please sort this out for me as the only reason of purchasing Idea connection was GPRS. I already have Vodafone corporate plan with no issues.

I am having an idea gang connection bearing number [protected]. the SIM is expiring on 15th may2009.today.At 4pm I received a message in which it is mentioned that you will get life long validity if you recharge with Rs 99. I recharged as per the message but the expairy date is still on 15th may 2009, it is showing. I contacted the nearest customer care center here at Thalassery, Kannur they told me that the message is not for gang customers . It is very painful to me sir, as I am not an employed one to bear this financial burden. Earlier while taking the idea SIM i was deceived by giving a gang sim from ccc thalasery and i am not utilising any of the gang offer for the last one year.they provided me the SIM without specifing that it was a gang SIM. later only i understood that one. so please do the needful from your part to extend my expiary date of SIM for atleast a month.

I sefeer vm (vysyam veetil house, po.kottappady, choolpuram, pin 680505) previous holder idea number[protected].this was my idea number before 11 Jun '09.but now this number is another person’s. I don’t know what happened really? For last one year I have been working in Dubai. I will come there among each six month. My last visit to India was 23 Jan ‘09 to 15 Feb ‘09 I used this sim during that time? I have change my tariff plan as long life plan because I can’t lose that sim. I can gave the full call details during the time and also other details whatever you need for activate to me .I have the original sim .My previous sim no;[protected]. My all contacts through this number, if I lost that number I will lost valuable relations & also will affect my business? the man who take my connection now he doesn’t lost any thing within tow days, I am ready to reimburse whatever the amount you lost for the sim so pls take this request as valuable, this is not only for me but also every abroad worker holding the idea sim as this. Please considered our request as other Indians we are Indians pls don’t avoid me? We can’t do any thing for standing here. So please help me.
