I have made a online net banking to PVR CINEMAS through ICICIbank website redirected to my ICICI, the transaction showed failure but still my account is not debited Rs. 330/- its had been more than 2 months now, I am unable to track my money, ICICIbank use Indiaideas.com for there payment gateway, this is horrible as I don't know where my money has gone, plz help.I contact with ICICI bank thru mail,what they replied that they transfored to INDIA IDEAS.
