Income Tax Dept. — NOT RECEIVED PAN CARD

myself Anita Sharma has not received my PAN card.but status of my pan card shows it has been delivered by expressit logistics worldwide ltd. on 25Nov2008 by courier vide airway bill no. [protected], its status show dileverd in Meerut branch but my address is in Ghaziabad.& i and my family have not received any card.my PAN card is urgent.please help.my postal address is;

I have applied for my new PAN Card form but still does not got the my PAN card

Income Tax Dept. — Non-Receipt of Income Tax Refund for AY-2007-08

I have submitted my income tax return for the AY - 2007-08 before 31st July08 in INDORE.
I had claimed Rs 8000/- from Income Tax Dept. as refund. But till date I have not received the cheque or ECS from the dept. I have visited the department many times but every time they say that my file is under process.

Kindly help me in this matter.

You need to go to www.tin-nsdl.com and click on Pan and then select request for changes in Pan/Reissue of Pan. You can pay using netbanking or send a check to HDFC bank with NSDL PAN and acknoweldgement number on reverse for rs 94/-

I want to pass on information to income tax deptt. against one defaulter his name is Shashikant R Patil, Residing At, Renuka Sahaniwas, F12, Savarkar colony marg-1, S T Colony, Vishrambag, Sangli-416 416, who have gathered huge black money & possess dis-proportionate wealth against their known souces of income . The said persons are hoarders, land grabbers and also have huge benaami properties and who are very rude with everybody which surely he doesn't pay any tax. He also owns a lot of gold and diamond. All his black assets not surely on his name. It could be on his name, mother's name or wife's name.Presently he owns 3 to 4 plots..He earns 5 to 6 Lakhs per month. We are sure whatever income he shows to income tax department is not even 1 % of what he earns annually.

As a law abiding citizen, I request for the procedure and information by which I can highlight their misdeeds to income tax deptt.

Dear Sir,
I would just like to inform about the irresponsible citizens who are earn from our country but dont want to contribute in the form of taxes to develop our nation, we r paying actual what we earn, but somebody is not ready to give a single rupees where is they earn much more but not showing a 10% of their actual income also.only for this.personally i have no any issue for the same person.
