[Resolved]  India Post Speed Post — Non delivery

Dear Sir
I am Sri. Saroj Kumar Satapathy of Bolani sorry to infrom you that, our postal sevice is very poor. We are not getting our correspondence letter at our door. The concerned letters are reach to the post office but there is no postman to deliver it to the addressee. So we people facing this problem from last 2 years. When we talk to the post-master about that his reply is we have no people to do that. So thats a problem for us And the despatch letters are not deliver to the destination in time.
Bolani is a rural Area Consisting of 30, 000 people. There is a Iron Ore Mines of SAIL. So that a lot of peoples are affecting the same problem of non -delivery of letter.

Therefore we requesting you to kindly take serious action about it so that we are more rely on it.

I had sent 1train ticket through speed post two days before to Hyderabad and i was assured that within 24hours it will be delivered.But more than 45hours has passed and still the tickets has not reached yet.. and the worst part of it was that when i called both the places, from where i sent it and the place where it should reach, no one was able to guide me and even it was non tracable in the India Speed Post website.

If you cant deliver the proper thing to the proper place, why you people promise such? even when the lady who was there in the post office, updating the address, wrote the wrong pincode, yet i mentioned the full address in bold and capital letters.

I want the tickets to be delivered within 1hour

or else i know what should i have to do later on.
Because of the post office negligence, earlier also, i didnt get 1admit card for entrance exam for my sister as they delivered it to the wrong address.
When the address is written, where lies the problem to hand over the thing to the proper person?
Please help if possible.

but on tracking the status was shown as non available.
Kindly look into the matter that why the above mentioned speed posts
have not been delivered till date, as per bylaws’ it should have been
