A my confidential document was sent from Indian Passport Office, Dehra Dune-248 001 to my Residential Address: 26-JYOTIRMAYA, Gandhi Ashram Colony, P.O. Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar-249 404 by Registered Post (Postal registration No. S054120 dated 7/1/201). But it has not been delivered to me so far

Now when the police report is clear for about a month now, every time i go to status page, it shows " Police Report is clear, application is under Progress ".

Sir, i request you to look into matter seriously and despatch the Passport ASAP.

pls note myself, an employee of private sector company, was having my passport issued from Kolkata passport office which was my native was expiring on 11/2010 ... I am getting an oppurtunity to travel with my wife and 6 years old son to Singapore and Malaysia from my current company and hence applied for fresh passport for my wife and son and alongwith the renewal of my passport .. the application was submitted through the authorised agent of passport office M/s Sudarshan Travels .. the application was submitted on 12/02/2010 ... understand from passport site the wife and my passport has been send for ploice verification on 24/02 /10 .. after many hassle ultimately got the police file send to passport office thane on 09/03/2010 and same was also confirmed by passport office Thane when contacted them over telephone .. Now understand that my son passport was send for police verification only on 03/03/2010 and now getting all our passport in time before my travel is becoming a nightmare ... i have written to passport office thane complaint dept and got a confirmation from them that son passport will be issued once any of the parents passport is issued ... even the passport site also showing that son passport despatched got delayed due to unavoidable circumstances and will be despatched within a weeks time .. i am really is a big problem now as my abroad jourbey date is on 12/04/2010 and all airline tickets, hotels has been booked ... i need minimum 7 days working to get my visa for singapore and malaysia .. I had lodged a official complaint with Thane passport office vide email today highlighting all the problems .. need help from consumer forum also about this matter .. I donot know whether it will be helpful in writing here but as a common man i can only do such things as donot have high level sources ... the file numbers are as follows

I had applied for my wife's passport on 25.03.2009 with file number A034640 at Patna passport office but i am still waiting for its delivery. The report of sp office has already been sent via P.V 3624/09 and still no trace of the passport.

I had applied for my passport (Pass port office Hyderabad) 3 months before .Police enquiries and all other procedures were done within one month from the date of applied.I have not received my passport yet now.File no :-HYD-H[protected] It is showing the STATUS since 2 months as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

Indian Passport Office — Passport not issued

Dear Sir,

My passport got damaged and I reapplied for new passport. I was in US for three months in last 1 year and because of that the police inquiry is incomplete. The passport officials are not issuing the passport and moreover there call center numbers in hyderabad are not working.

Please look in to this.

dear sir i have applied for a passport on 8/12/2009. my police verification was done on january and every report was fine.i have also given money for my quick passport for which the D.I.B has asked me .so please look after the matter as soon as possible file no.A090526 and key no.[protected].please do the best

I have been applied for passport on three occasions, first during 1996 from ghaziabad, second in year 2002 from Chandigarh and third from Shimla last year in 2009 but unfortunately It came to my notice through Shimla Regional passport office that my passport has been issued by Chandigarh Regional Passport Office in year 2004. Details are as - 1. Passport No. F0076414, Date of issuance - 11.08.2004, File No. - CHDH00311902. This passport is not received to me on given address. Now, I am residing on changed address as - Jitendra Mohan s/o Shri Dharam Vir Singh, H.N.- 106, Panchvati Colony, Mawana Road, Meerut - 250001, UP.

Kindly intimate about actual status of this passport on given mail.
