[Resolved] Indian Post — Tracking the Registered post. | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am unable to track two registered post sent on 28th March, 2009 from Pune to Mumbai. The registered post reciept numbers are: RL A 5880 and RL A 5881 repectively. I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post. I am also amongst the many other complainant who is unable to trace a registered post, Why isnt there any provision made to track registered post by the Indian postal service, this is a causing so much of inconvenience to the consumer, I sincerely request the concerned department to take some action regarding this. It I would be great help to the citizen,

It is understood that UNDER POSTAL CERTIFICATE service has been stoped from immidiate effect fronm the date 7/3/2011. On enquiry it is told that the circular Dt 23/2/11 it has been stoped. Ifit is so then such circular should be pested at least to the notice board. Or it should be given in the nwes paper. Then what is the alternate service we can get.

Either the Registered Post service should be stopped or it should be like speed post tracking system. Villege is soul of our country. There is Registered post facility only. Govt is taking service cost but not providing good service.What a funny in world largest democrat system.

I have called so many times on [protected], regarding tracking of a currier, which was dispatched on 23/3/2011 from Hisar (Haryana) by speed post. And the other helpline number [protected] is continuously engage for last 2 hrs-From Khushbu,Noida Dear sir,
