IRCTC — Amount deducted from account but ticket not booked

Dear Customer Care,

I had booked a ticket on 24-Feb-2010 with following details:

1. From Gandhidham to Borivali
2. Train number - 9116
3. Train Name - Sayaji Nagari Express
4. Date of Travel - 03-April-2010
5. Transaction ID - [protected]

The ticket is still not reflected in my Booked History link, but the amount has been deducted from my ICICI Bank Savings Account.

dear sir,
I have not booked two tickets one from madurai to chennai and another from chennai to madurai since my lower berth request was not available under reference number [protected] and [protected].But for both the tickets an amount of Rs.822 each debited from my account.please refund the amount at your earliest.

IRCTC — TICKET NOT BOOKED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT

I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKET THROUGH IRCTC MY TRANSACTION ID IS [protected] Dt 06/07/2011 AND THE SAME AMT Rs.462/- VIDE TRANSACTION ID OF BANK POS[protected] IRCTC HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCT BUT IRCTC IS SHOWING THAT PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK.

NO TICKET BOOKED--MONEY DEDUCTED FROM sbi BANK ACCOUNT
My Transaction id is [protected]
An amount of 435.00 deducted from the account but ticket didnt get booked.but when i saw the information about the transaction id it is telling--Payment Not Received From Bank..
