[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR File issue not rectified

Our Train Missed due to Road Jamming. Four passenger ( PNR Number: [protected].Transaction ID: [protected]. Date Of Journey: 10/2/2010) not travelled From AYODHYA(AY) To DHANBAD JN(DHN) by Train No-3010 due to above mentioned reason. When TDR filled against e-ticket on IRCTC site. the reply cames from IRCTC that "1093-ER/5 As per records Party had travelled on the ticket. The case is repudiated."--and TDR rejected. Even through email i given the several times proof of journey by another train(after 4 Hr from train no.-3010) but still it is not cleared. almost 1 year has passed

TDR File issue not rectified
I have booked a ticket for two passenger to travel from Ranchi to Bhubaneswar on[protected]. But among these two passengers it was confirmed for only one person and another person was being waiting list so he could not travel with waiting list ticket (e ticket). I have filed TDR for this issue[protected], PNR Number: [protected], Ticket Type: eticket, Transaction ID: [protected], Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled, TDR Status: CCM Registered and Reference No: ekt[protected]. Still, i am not getting refund from IRCTC. Please check my case and refund my money as early as possible.
This is my IRCTC ID entomohan and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
1st case :
TDR File issue not rectified
On dated 29.04.2011 the Delhi - Bhubneshwar Rajdhani train No- 12444 was Late More than Seven hour, we (2 Passenger ) not travelled due to this reason. Applied for TDR against PNR No.- [protected], but still not get the refund amount. Why such type of delay, where as railway have the information for Late departure instantly. TDR process time should be minimised.


2nd case:

till date TDR is open in account and no refund get from IRCTC. Message is forwarded to railway.
