[Resolved]  Irctc — No Response on Cancellation Email

I had booked a railway ticket on August 2nd PNR PNR - [protected]. I had sent an email to IRCTC on [protected]@irctc.co.in on August 4th and August 7th asking them to cancel the full ticket. They never responded to me and when I called them after the journey date they told me they can only give me 50% of the refund as the journey date has passed and they have not received my emails.

This is completely unfair treatment.

I was trying to get a seat reserved in the train no. 4665 but in vain. I checked my sbi accout no.[protected].I Found that Rs. 232.00 have been deducted please refund the sum of Rupees to me.

Wrong Information on the site.

I was trying to find train between Ahmedabad(GUjarat) to Bhavnagar(Gujarat).

They will provide train number 9271 for that.
In fact the train number is 2971.

The Same Mistake for Bhavnagar(Gujarat) to Bandra Teminus(Maharastra).
The site shows the number 9272 instead of 2972.

I think it is a Data Entry mistake. So change it as soon as possible.

and the data must be check in the site.

I had booked a ticket on 22st August 2010 for the journey on 22nd october . from Delhi to Cuttack .i have made my ticket through internet, i checked my ATM but found that twice the amount of rupees has been debited an amount of Rs.4655/- instead of once. it was a I-ticket .pnr no. of ticket was [protected].

I had booked a ticket on 21st August 2010 for the journey on 20th October . from Pathankot to Delhi .i have made my ticket through internet, it was a I-ticket .pnr no. of ticket was [protected] and train No. 4034 Jammumail. Transaction ID is [protected] But I have not yet received the ticket though i got ticket which is booked on the next day in the same address. it is a sorry state of affairs that despite of repeated Mail no reply has come from the railway authority. I hope atleast u will take necessary steps in this regard, failing which i would be constrained to approach the court of law. Treat this as a legal notice.

I am Santanu Dinda. I file the TDR on 3 May, 2010.The ticket is for MITHILA EXPRESS which is cancelled due to Bharat Bandh on 27/04/2010.I cut the ticket from my mail id- santanudin.

IRCTC — no response of email for getting email.

i wish to get sbi railway credit card, for this purpose that how can i get same i sent email to address quoted by irctc but i could not get any response yet for one and half month.
I booked a railway on 06.02.2011, PNR No.[protected] & transaction No.[protected].Travelling date 14.02.2007.All of the ticket is correct but due my mistake one passenger of the ticket is incorrect(Mistake) i.e.the Sl.No. 5., Name of the passenger is SHYAMALI MAJUMDE is shown a MALE but Originally she is a female. i, ashok mangtani, sr citizen, tried to book two tickets, from thane to bangalore cy jn, on 19th dec 2011, by coimbatore express train, for 24th jan 2012, after booking, i was asked to make payments, i completed the formalities for making payments, through my debit card. after some time i got the message on my mobile, that a sum of rupees 447 was debited to my account, may be rupees 437 for my two tickets, plus rupee 10 may be charges for debit card. after, going through the history in irctc, i could not find any tickets. please look in to the matter. if the reservation is done, then please let me know on my email id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com or on my mobile no [protected], my res. address is given as under, ashok mangtani, 1802 mayflower, hirahandani meadows, thane, maharashtra, if the reservaion is not done, then please credit the refund amount to my debit card account.
while in the middle of the payment, link was lost (sbi debit) and fair money was deducted from the account but the ticket was not booked . the status in the " refund ticket " reads that the refung status is unknown ... pnr no is [protected], transaction id [protected]
