[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — Online Payment made but no ticket received

Yesterday afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru SBI online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till yesterday evening
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now

Can somebody out there help

I BOOKED A TICKET FOR SELF ON 16/11/09 FOR JOURNERY FOR ANY TIME .

IRCTC — payment made but ticket not booked

I was tried to Book a ticket on 11-12-09 from hyderabad to chennai through irctc for the train CHARMINAR EXPRESS,
Money was deducted from My Sbi Account,but ticket was not booked.kindly resolve my compliant.

i booked a ticket from Howrah to Chennai in train number 2839(tatkal quota) on 26th feb, 2010 (irctc.co.in)
The payment was made thro' onlinesbi.com.I got the intimation from the bank that the payment had been made but i wasn't redirected to the irctc.co.in site.i haven't yet received the ticket.Please do the needful.

Now I want to cancel the ticket and credit the amount to my account

On 29.3.2010 I Cancelled E Ticket reservation of my Reserved Railway tickets with IRCTCs e-Ticketing Services for which I have not recieved the approved authorised refund amount till date. Details are given below:

2. Transection. ID: [protected] PNR No:[protected] Train No:2309/RJPB RAJDHANI Date of Journey 25 April 2010 From PATNA JN (PNBE) to NEW DELHI(NDLS) Amount Paid for Reservation was Rs 4345.00 for Adults 3.and for apvroved refund after cancellation is 4165/- Date Of Booking 28.March and for Cancellation of E Reservation Tickets was on 29.02.2010. Till date no refund has been recieved by my bank HDFC 21-c Faridabad. Kindly do the needfull. Dr Singhal.
On 30.03.2010, I have book one ticker for which payment has been debited to my account

but the ticket has not been printed.
So, I further another ticket has been has been printed which Transaction ID is

(Passenger name of the ticket are Sabin Majumder, Jayanti Majumder, Susmita Majumder
& Srijak Majumder whose age Two years.
So, cancelled my first ticket, which was not printed & refund it immediately.

IRCTC.co.in — non refund money of cancellation of train

Dear sir,

I had booked ticket through irctc.co.in on dated: 11.01.2010 for journey koraput to Bhubaneswar on date 24.01.2010. Due to some reason the train was cancelled. But the amount paid by me is not yet recieved. I had gone through enquiry of railway station but they advised me to make cancellation your ticket through internet. When i cancelled ticket it shows as expire of date. So till now i have not refund my money ( Rs 1296.00) for 5 tickets. The details ticket booking history is given below

On dtd 08/03/2010 i have mada a id of my friend on IRCTC and take a ticket through my Credit Card but due to some mistake we have forgot the id and password also, now we want to cancelle the ticket (PNR No. [protected] and transcution id is [protected] from Nagpur to Buxer j. dtd[protected] train no. 2792 PNBE SC EXP) due to some reason the journey has been cancelled
Now we want to cancle that ticket and refund amount

i booked my ticket vide transaction id [protected],my transition failed and ticked was not booked,till date refund of Rs.718+10 has not been received back .

IRCTC — Non-availability of online support

Dear on Duty,


This is to express my utter dissatisfaction towards the kind of service that IRCTC, our one of the Government Organizational body provides at any point of time, through out the year.

To be more precise, the online ticket-booking servers are seeming to be using ultra state-of-the arts technology ( ? ), which have been failing to provide even the IRCTC home page never before than 10mins.

Fortunately, if it shows up also, by the time a customer puts all the credentials and necessary info for booking a ticket, finally it ends up in showing an error saying the server request time is expired.


Therefore, I on behaft of the millions of customers,would like the respectful and responsible persons to give their sincere, genuine attention to this issue, which might not seems serious to them as it is to us.

As citizens of the country, we as a Goverment Organizatioonal Body shouldnt make a mockery or behave as if blindfolded to the truth, when the Goverment is claiming the country to be Super Power.
