IRCTC is one of the useless ONLINE ticket booking websites if India, especially while trying to book TATKAL ticket through this site. the chances of getting a tatkal ticket is high when we try to book via ticket booking counter rather than this website. Please BAN this site and make railway tickets available only at booking counters so that atleast people will know whether they have a chance to get a ticket or not by seeing the queue. But in this useless site, even after PAYMENT PAGE you cant guarantee your ticket is booked until you can see confirmation page. Please BAN this site Was this information helpful? | |||
