[Resolved]  Irctc — account locked

Hi,
My account ID roy9335290 has been deactivated. Inspite of repeated mails it is still in deactive state. I had also send a mail to customer care after which I had never got a reply back. What should I do now. I can't create any more new accounts too. Since my mobile number has already been registered. Let me know how I could activate my user id. Also improve the support mechanism. I am getting a worst user experience.

IRCTC account got locked — IRCTC account got locked

Hi,

My IRCTC id got locked while checking the status of my ticket last night. I was automatically logged out and on trying to login again i am unable to enter into my account. My id is gsindore. Please help i have to travel tomorrow and have to takeout the printouts of my tickets.

Dear Sir, my irctc id is omshiv_291 and password is 05061981 which is not working and shows invalid user name of password, so plz kindly send me the new password and to activate my account, as soon as possible my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my mob : [protected]

I was using the irctc account and my user id is donagra but suddenly i am not able to open the account.And when i am trying to reset my password i am facing the difficulties & that is why I am not able to reset my password also.

But now the site is not accepting my password and is continuously telling that the user id and password are not matching. Thus I request you to send me a new password. I also request you to help me as quickly as possible as I've already booked some tickets and have not taken out the printouts yet.

My MOB no. [protected], is registered with IRCTC, but I have forgotten my user ID and Password.

I shall be very grateful, if you could please reset my ID and Password, to enable me to book tickets.

I am a physically disabled person, and the online booking helps us a lot. I shall take care next time not to forget my Id and PSWD please.
