[Resolved] Irctc — Not refund the cancel ticket amount | |||
I have made 3 transaction of 950 Rs each with IRCTC on 9th Apr 2011. My two traction was failed and one is success but amount is deducted for 2 transaction. I was contact with Bank executive and IRCTC executive both to refund of failed transaction. When I contact to IRCTC executive they said we received only one tranction amount(950 Rs on 9th Apr2011) and bank executive sai that 2 transaction amount were transfer to IRCTC account. Also they provide me mail on the same issue. My failed transaction ID on 9th Apr. 3 [protected] Settlement Failed Not Booked Rs 950 ICICIBANK 4 [protected] Settlement Failed Not Booked Rs 950 ICICIBANK Kindly refund the 950 Rs of failed transaction to my bank account. And confirm once it done. Kindly find screen shot of bank tranaction and reply mail of ICICI bank for your reference. TRANSACTION SCREEN IS ATTACHED WITH MAIL.
