[Resolved] IRCTC/Online Reservation — DEDUCTION OF MONEY WITHOUT BOOKING | |
dear sir, i have booked an e ticket for PNBE from NDLS for brahmaputra mail on 17 feb at 2250 hrs. and the money was deducted from my SBI account but ticket was not booked. a sum total of rs 695 was deducted. my user id is abhimax19. i request you to please look into the matter.

IRCTC on line reservation — money deducted without reservation done
I was trying to book ticket (from pipariya to ujjain ) through IRCTC ON LINE BOOKING on 9/01/2012 and 11/01/2012 Both time mony deducted from my debit card , without successful booking of ticket.Detail of both transaction.
(1) On 09/01/2012 mony deducted from my PNB debit card rs.492/- at 07:06:02. .I already complain to bank help line and they reply that this problem is from IRCTC.(from pipariya to ujjain)
(2) Today once again i use IRCTC on line reservation facility to book ticket (from ujjain to vadodara), and this time also my mony deducted from SBI debit card without successful transaction. Txn NO.[protected] on 11/01/2012 Rs.554.
