LG Monitor — SCREEN IS NOT COMING

MY NAME IS SOMVIR I HAVE MANY PROBLEMS ABOUT MY MONITOR MY COMPLAINT NO. IS N8C92200982. I AM DISTRUB FROM ONE YEAR

Dear sir,
A horizontal line is displayed in the mid of the screen. It starts displaying when the screen is on.I have purchased the LG Monitor two months back and it is under warranty period.Please send the solution.

LG MONITOR — Display Issue

A call was raised with regard to display issue. The ticket no: for the same was S9C21103922. Technician visited my home & replaced the cable stating that the issue was with Cable & went off. When i checked the case was not resolved & i called your Customer Care No:. They assured me that the technician will resolve the same next day. Today is the third day & no action has yet been taken. Only two week are passed after purchasing the monitor. I raised a call again in the site & the ticket No: for the same is[protected]. Mail was send to [protected]@lgindia.com. Till now no revert is done.

I have been made a complaint more than 20 days back in your Customer Care Department over phone with your Customer Care Executive but no action has been taken so far. There is a complaint in the Display of monitor. Please take an action as early as possible.The technician assure that the complaint will be resolve with in 72 hrs but there is no action taken.

i have some tecnical problem.

LG Monitor — since one year service centre keeping and i guess using it

dear sir,
its very painful to say that lg being such a big brand, i found that the respective service centre sahana, located at howrah, west bengal, using my color monitor which was dead on arrival.

my lg monitor's screen got vertically compressed. how should i make it normal.

My computer screen squeezed, & it's not adjustable by the controle of the monitor .
I tried alot to adjust the screen, but unfortunately it's unadjustable..

In Monitor screen where ever black portion is there becomes green. I've visited several times to there office but they didn't corrcted and insured me that it ill be alright after some time. But still it's same problem from last 2.5 yrs .

my LG studio 700b series monitor is not giving any display monitor is recieving the signal and getting switch on and off.
