Luminous Inverter — poor service

Dear sir,
we have purchased a Luminous inverter 800 va with Exide battery Inva Queen450 on 12.03.2010 Ref.cash memo no-365, dt-12.03.2010 by name my wife -Kakoli Biswas from Battery Centre , Madhyamgram , Kol-700129 , westbengal.After that during loadsheding the backup time is 5 - 45 min.for 3 cfl(15w) and one TV. Battery showing low .Complain done verbally on 16.03, 17.03,& 19.03.2010 . They alwayas assuring it will taken necessary arrengement. But till 9.30pm on 19.03.2010 no action taken. we felt very very poor service from your authorised delear - Battery centre,Rani park,Madhyamgram Chowmatha , tel. no-[protected]/[protected], Kol-700129.

I have purchased a luminus inverter last year with two yr waranty and it has stopped charging the battery. Pls send any technical person to rectify it as soon as possible as we are facing too much of problem.

I have purchased two nos of 1 KVA UPS(Luminous) on 29th Jan, 2010 and both UPS are not showing green light and some backup problem. Please do the needful.

I recently purchased luminous invertor&battery(860VA)/battery(1800L), as there was not proper backup, therefore you sevice engineer visited and mentioned in his report that there is some mfg defect in the battery and should be replaced with the new one.and it is confirmed by your service manager Mr.manojsingh at Ghaziabad.on 29 th may yours person came with the same battery and told that it is repaired.
I never expected this kind of services from Luminous, this is my mistake I have choosen your brand only last year I commited to your MD that next invertor I will buy luminous who is friend of my MD, I am also working for a co as head of marketig-after sales.
Pl solve my problem at the earliest bofore I take serious action in this matter.

My cash receipt no. is 80105 Dated:-11.05.2011 and promise that I will not face the same problem again in future but after in one month. I am again troubling with that same problem. Luminous / Inverter — Inverter stopped working

On 06.07.2011 I registered my complain about non functioning of the digital inverter with the Luminus customer care. They told that within 24 hrs their service engg. will visit my place and will contact me. The person concern also give me the complain No. 09696. Again on 8.07.2011 I rang up the customer care No.[protected] and I was again told the same thing. Today again I rang up the customer care they informed that my complain is already there, however they again register another complain with No. 13722. But I am yet to hear from the service engg. and me and my family is suffering in these hot summer days.

i purchase a invertor because its a branted product and a very good market history.But your name was going down because of your field enginers.In my invertor a cilly problem came due to its fuse.But the enginers take the kit of invertor and put the duplicate one.Due to this my two batteries are workout.I am requesting you to please put the old kit and take duplicate one.Please contact us immediatly.

Note-I want my invertor fresh and good.The name of the enginers are Giridhar Gopal and Promod.They in mat,dict.mathura,up.

I am ZUBER AHMAD from Mughalsarai, Distt.- Chandauli, I have purchased a LUMINUOUS INVERTER 1500 VA (BOCLEP[protected] before 8 months (purchasing date - 18/08/2011). But it's not working well. I gave it for repair 3 times in 8 months but after all it's not giving good response. It produce heat and smell and it's not affording a little load and it's showing "overload" on it's screen. And I want to say that I have purchased a "MICROTEK INVERTER" before 3 years and it's better than LUMINUOUS INVERTER and I have not gave it for servicing and after that it's working very good and giving good response. I want to say that Ist think very deeply before buying LUMINUOUS INVERTER. I think It's not a good company.

I purchased battery from varanasi with Aseem Sales company on 5-6-13, le570tt, sr no 144718.

my battery got disorder and it stopped working from 10-3-14.

so i contacted propreitor of aseem sales co, he sended his boy prem prakash who narrated to my mom that your inverter is having some problem and charged us 350 INR, we paid him in good faith.

after he return us our inverterback very next day when power goes off same problem come than i again called him this time proprietor talked with me very ruddely and misbehaved, when i told him sir please get my work done properly and recheck the issue as ur staff already took 350 INR for the issue, after this he stopped picking my call when i called him from different number he replied i will return your money back instead of resolving the issue.

after few days his staff prem prakash collected my battery and i gave provided him bill and warrent card after few days and after 2 days again when i called him that what is the status of my complaint he started shouting on me and talking loudly and told me to call on service centre not to me.

my dear team when i paid him 350 INR on his false statement am i not supposed to call him.

My concern is this please talk with him and ask that why he is distributing such kind of bad impression of LUMINOUS &amp; why is he charging unnnecessary wrong charges.

i hope you all will have some action on this if you really care for your image, please resolve my issue asap.

Dear Sir,

I purchased Luminus Inverter Electra 865 before 3 months and now it's not giving backup or not supplying power when electricity is off. I registered the complaint in service center on 31st Oct, 2016 and yet there is no response.

I'm totally afraid with this customer center guys as they are providing different number to contact the people and the concern people is replying that they are not responsible as they are looking for other area.

Kindly suggest how to put the FIR against this company in consumer court ?

Hello, One week back I have purchased luminous Neo volt 1050 UPS. But there is no supply from the UPS (Output). I have raised an complaint and also escalated but their is no response from the luminous team.
Service is very poor.
Better to prefer different brand UPS
