This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at House No. GIVEN BELOWS
(1)29-A, DESU ROAD, WARD NO 01, MEHRAULI, NEW DELHI 30
(2) 29-A, DESU ROAD, PLOT NO 09 AND 04, WARD NO 01, MEHRAULI NEW DELHI 30
The owner of this property, is making 5 story building in this area, we are sending complaint so many times to M.C.D. GREEN PARK office, and M.C.D.COMMISSIONER OF SDMCCIVI CENTRE, NEW DELHI 02.THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION BECAUSE.some M.C.D. Official, and Delhi Police Official taken bribes.THESE CONSTRUCTION ARE FULLY ILLEGAL AND UNOTHORIZED BECAUSE IN THIS AREA CONSTRUCTION IS BANNED BY THE ARCHOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF THE PITHORA WALLS AND QILAS .THE BUILDER IS CONSTRUCTING THE PROPERTY WITH OUT ANY PERMISION FROM MCD OR ANY OF THE AUTHORITY.IT SEEMS THAT LOCAL POLICE IS HAVING NEXUS WITH THE DEVOLOPING PARTY, HENCE NOT TAKING ACTION
Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the Building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.
We are expecting some serious action against the same.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Pitampura area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the road at 4D-PD Block, Near N.D market, Delhi -110034, The owner has extended the room and make additional room.
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you.But no action have been taken till today.
It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

No Maps are approved, without approved maps construction is going on. No parking space made available & 100 % area covered by builder. Since the Builder is very influential no action is taken by competent authority.

We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going at Residence No.80, Pocket No:1, Paschim Puri, New Delhi-110063 in full swing after one time of MCD has broken above illegal floors they are still consecrations in above illegal floors Sir this is question of Many human life's those are under this illegal contractions. The material are used by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions.
It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorised as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 4th Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Chhazas.
We the people of the locality has already requested the owner/Builder (Mr.Satbir Singh Who's contact Mobile:[protected]) not to construct the building in such manner but instead of stopping the aforesaid construction threaten us and said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting with the govt official concerns and brewery's them for its construction so please check your Department also who are concern with him in this illegal working too if any.
It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped .

1.There is a problem of illegal construction of in Street No-2, Railway colony, Mandawali Fazalpur, New Delhi--110092.
In earlier days, the street was too wide and the illegal construction ( raise their boundary) by road side houses.
Now a days the street no-2 is very conjusted. Always heavy traffic are there.
2. Secondly, a lot of building material supplier in end of the street no-2. the unauthorized truck movement are there and a heavey noise and traffic are there.
3. Third, A gargabe house are lying there in end of the street no-2. Lots of people are suffured from Dengu, Malaria and other disese due to garbage house and the dirty smell always spread out there.
I have write many times but no one can responde.

COMPLAINT OF ILLIGAL CONSTRUCTIONS
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are residence of Dilshad Garden delhi 110095
This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction bein held at prop. no. 118-A/5 Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095 naer jeevan jyoti hospital house builder and owner of the house is rajni laumas.
The owner of this property is making 4 story building in this area without map & that land non approved for mcd;.
MCD Official, and Delhi Police Official taken bribes.
We have made complaint to commisoner of mcd 3 to4 times but till today[protected] no action has been taken
Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very noicely voice by the Building material trucks, labur, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.
We are expecting some serious action against the same.

illegal construction, illegal water borings -going at the ward no 01, mehrauli, property no 29, a, 29a, plot no 09, desu road, 29a, plot no 04, desu road, mehrauli, new delhi 30
There are several unauthorized constructions under progress on “Ward no 1 ( Near Bhagvati hospital) at Mehrauli. Construction material is being dumped on residential Roads (that jams the traffic all the time), illegal water borings have been digged & whole residential living is highly noisy & polluted, there is no space left of residents.
We find it hard to believe that such illegal activities happening at mega level, less than one KM from Police office, are happening without involvement of corrupt police team. After many police complaints, still no action had been taken.
We request you to please take appropriate action immediately. Please help us to make our neighborhood safe and clean for our kids.
