Micromax — service issue

Not getting any reply of the complent after 25 days also for a issue of receiver and bluetooth

I have purchage Micromax handser having model X263 on dated[protected].But probelm stared on dated after 2 months so i am visited to service center of micromax but service center refused to resolved my problem because as per service center it can not be repair.So kindly look in to this metter & help me to resolve my issue as handset is under warranty.

I am Subhajit Dey I bought a Micromax A110 ( IMEI :- [protected], [protected]) from D.P ELECTRONICS PVT LIMITED (Add :- 6, Madan Street, Kolkata - 700072). This set was dead so i take it to service center at 01.07.2013 (Details of service Center :- M/S TECHNIQUE SERVICES (WEST BENGAL),
Add:- 171/C, LENIN SARANI ROAD, CHANDNEY MARKET, KOLKATA - 700013) & they said the maximum repair time of the set as 15 days. But this handset repair in 11 days from taking time. They said when the set will be repaired a sms will be sent in your alternating phone number. But they dont send any sms in my number. For this I will call this service center phone number[protected]AM- 5PM) bt any time & always the phone no will be busy. But i till waiting for sms but no sms will be send in my number. For this reason at last of moment i will go to the service center after 1 month from taking time. When i received the phone they are giving me another MMX A110 then i saw IMEI no does not match to my previous phone IMEI no which mention in my purchase bill. For this I don't received the phone. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I am very sorry to state that I have purchased a smart phone micromax canvas hd A116 (EMI no:[protected]) on 14.05.2013 and had given the phone on 03.09.2013 for updating the available android version to 4.2.1 to the authorized micromax service centre but somehow after the update occurred a problem of screen touch sensitivity checked by the employee/staff of micromax service centre. Then I was told to submit the phone to them (micromax service centre) so that they can get the problem resolved and I was told that the process would roughly take 7-10 days of time but it has been more than 20 days and I have not yet received the phone. I have approached them (micromax service centre) innumerable times and regularly call them to find out the update but there have been no response and even micromax service centre representatives have been very rude regarding this fact.
Therefore I would humbly request you to do the findings and resolve the issue as soon as possible or else I would be compelled to follow the legal procedures.

Myself is BM khan from Lonavala, I bought 6 Micromax Led TV 81CM from Vijay Sales, Pimpri, Pune (18000×6=108000Rs),
when I install these tv's at my place found 2 televisions not working so I call micromax C. i purchase a new handset of micromax a46 in june 2013.its imei number is [protected].set is dead after 15-20 days .then i submitt my handset micromax check point(v.m.enterprises), kotkapura distt. faridkot.at till time handset not repaired. so i complaint you to as a consumer notice.i want my full money+one new handset of a46 box pack.

Deposited my Micro-max Canvas HD A116 Handset on[protected] in near by service centre. Its nearly 3 months.Till date not received the phone. Service centre people are not able to tell me the exact date of delivery. Micromax Customer Relations telling me it might take another 30 days.

My Micromax Phone A350 had charging issue and I had given to service centre of 10th June'15 at Lajpat nagar Micromax care. They told that it will be fixed in 7 days, however, the issue still remains the same and they are claiming that it will take another 7 days, which is pathetic in terms of support. Issue with Service Centre in Lucknow.

My Phone model is Micromax Unite2 has display problem...

Currently phone is in warranty period, But Service Centre Guys are asking me the repairing cost as Rs. 3200/- for motherboard replacement.whether my handset not physically damaged nor liquid damage. It has only display problem rest handset was ok...

This is a very bad experience for me; during service period Guys asking for repairing cost due to unacceptable reason- "Phone has got damaged due to moisture from sweating".

I bought a micromax mobile after 6 month i faced a problem in touch and display and a gave my mobile to micromax authorised service center on 02-05-15 today the date is 06-07-15 about 60 day and i didnt get my mobile yet
