[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Broadband

Folks,

I really salute your patience..
My MTNL Broadband is down for the last 24 Hrs and if they do not rectify it soon, I will disconnect the line and go for Reliance / Tata etc...
At least the service is good..
It will never help if we keep complaining individually - We have to get togather and lodge a collective complain / case in the consumer forum.

These people are real kins of Swines.

I regulary face problems with my MTNL broadband.Their call centers and their call center executives are of no use. I have been logging my complaints for last 10 days and nobody is responding me. If I ask them to call up again and again, either they disconnect my call or provide me some other numbers(they purely try to shirk their responsibility). I am really very upset with their service and suggest everyone not to use their service. Can anyone let me know, what shoud I do now?

MTNL Broadband — Is there is anyone in Mtnl who knows anything about internet

I have register my complain over telephone to mtnl 2 weeks before and still nothing has happen everytime i have to waste my time over explaining the telephone person and finally after hearing 30 min he give me complain no. I have gather 3 complain no. but still my broadband is not working.
Is this is the way Mtnl promise of high speed ?????

I am user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is 26043596, I have problem with broad band and landline since last one month, some time it is working and some time not. but now it is completely not working from last 2weeks, i was complaint about it in mtnl office Nehru place branch(south Delhi) to this number[protected] but problem is not solved till now. So please solve this problem as soon as possible. I am looking forward to hear from you.

Really Believing MTNL is just big waste of time...These MTNL employees are not more then a beggar...having salary without efforts...Its good to have a reliance or airtel connection..Better much better then arguing with these stupid govt. fools...

AND Last thing, Please let me know if there is any action take by these comments at this website... Funny !! :)

MTNL Delhi — Re-1 INTERNET/broadband

i am user of mtnl broadband wide telephone no. 27821952. my broadband is not working since 2nd may 2010. since i am a student i have to some very important works to be done on internet but because of fault from the side of company i am not able to accomplish those works on time. i had got this telephone connection for the purpose of internet at the monthly charge of about Rs. 750.00. but after paying rs.750 monthly my broadband remains unworking for about 2-3 days every month. but this time the non working/fault is not sought out even after 20 days & many complaints from ourside & only the formality feedback by the exchange persons. The MTNL personel told that your computer is not working properly so get it rectified. i made the system formatted and installed CD but now it is not working you should tell what should i do in this condition AMAN GARG ([protected])

on the 20th day the internet is not working

one should not mince words .mtnl is a parasite. the employees are irresponsible and evade and avoid their duty. one has to have a broadband connection in areas in delhi where there is no other landline except mtnl is available.

the employees are a shameless lot. the government is not bothered. the govt. has govt. employees as vote banks. the govt.keeps on giving them raises . they come to work when they want . they trat public with disdain. they know they can get away with their insolence. one finds chaos in the office of mtnl. in winters women are knitting.men keep on drinking tea.it would be one's good luck if one finds a person at his desk. mtnl offices look like a hurricane has hit them . they are dirty .the doors are stained .people pit everywhere. a customer is afraid to approch mtnl employees.

the share of mtnl is quting at about 50, face value 19, and they are doing the business for sixty years. they are wasting nation's money. they are shameless.

First, i m the user of the MTNL for last so many years[protected]

but these days i m very upset and so angry to use your services abt the same as i m giving below...
My problem is THAT..
I am using Sterlite Modem from MTNL and now comdition of this net down not working last 10/15 days, I made call to your MTNL guys and they told me that everthing is okey with there part. They told me that there would be some problem on your part i.e Modem.

They also told me that if i have reset the modem or not.

I checked my modem and find out that ACT(active) light don't blink continously.
I reset my modem but still the same problem.


I want to ask if i reset my modem would it be causing the problem.

I checked http://192.168.1.1 and this is working properly.

so now i have been so tired
and want the solution of this problem

The issue is regarding lethargic behaviuor of MTNL delhi for not responding to telephone dead complaint for 5 days.
The first complaint was logged on 8th July 2010 the generated complained number is 740
other issue is Phone is not working hold day he is working daily 7.30 PM to 9 PM every day for 1.3 hour

what is this? this is a new scheme come from MTNL

And, while trying for your helpline no. 1504 for adslbroadband connectivity, every second attendee of this no. tried to reboot the modem and change the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) settings and not only this tried to change the RUN command settings, how a layman can understand your manupulations??

I am surprised how you will help a very common man regarding the Internet Problem, this seems to be intentionally creating the problem from your end,
How one can afford every time to give money to the lineman, and gift items to the Seniors so that the routine/daily problem should be resolved,

Dear Sir,
I have taken MTNL bradband conncetion(telephone no.[protected] and my exchange is sarita vihar.
My Internet of MTNL is not working properly since TWO months and my phone is having utter distubance due to which i am not able to talk on phone nor connect to my internet. i have lodged several complain on MTNL customer care for Broadband 1504 but there is no response from the MTNL for my problem.
I have also spoken and told about my problem to Mr. Dalveer Aggarwal, Sarita Vihar Exchange but all in vain.i have spoken to all the possibilities( Mr Tara chand of sarita vihar), called on all possible numbers which i could get like

apart from calling 100 times to 1504 and lodging my complain on internet as well.Now you only tell what should i do now. Is this not an harrassment bt MTNL team that after lodging complain several times and calling the exchange and officer concerned no action has been taken.

Unnecessarily calling the MTNL customer care no.1504 several times? Only to get complain numbers without any logical solutions, only to waste my own time and few of sincere workers in MTNL?
Who will compensate me for those mental harassments, my precious time and the financial lost?
Therefore it is kindly requested to look into the matter seriously and take appropriate stern action against such erring miscreants (officials & staffs) for the interest of MTNL and for the public in particular.

i request your honour to look into my case on urgent basis and provide me semaless connectivity.

Dear Sir,
i have taken braodband cannection of MTNL and my no. is 29946648. my telephone come under sarita vihar exchange. i have lodged several complain with MTNL broadband by calling as well on internet also but there is no response. not only this, i have called sarita vihar MTNL official Mr dalveer aggarwal, Mr Tara Chand Dixit but all in vain. This is very disgusting and unberable that i m paying for a service which i m not using.
i request you to please take approriate action for my complain.
