[Resolved] MTNL, Mumbai / Broadband — Internet Gets Disconnected frequently & ADSL modems ethernet port faulty | |
I had been complaining MTNL about the frequent disconnection of my internet connection from last 2 years. I am having a broadband and UT-300R2U ADSL Modem provided by MTNL with the connection. I am paying a rent of Rs. 80/- per month as a rent for using this modem. I had also complained them that the ethernet port of the modem is faulty & not working. I want them to take care of this problem or either replace the unit. But even after assuring no one turns to have a look at it. This is the worst kind of service by MTNL. Triband mumbai — Website not opening .......
hi,I am facing problem ...my website www.netgurumumbai.com, is not opening on triband...this website working fine with other ISP like TATA, RIL, SIFI etc. but not opening on my pc and aslo not opening on other user (who all are using triband)in mumbai...

MTNL broadband Services — Getting disconnected very often
Iam using MTNL broadband and land phone service. There is too much disturbance in the telephone and the broadband is getting disconnected very oftenADSL — Not getting information of usage
Hi,I am trying to open a site of bsnl internet usage but due to some tecnical problem from exchange it's not opening. It's being a 2or 3 week exchange offcier is saying it will open in next day but the problem is remain unattendant by them. Now i want to open and see my usage on urgent basis.
So kindly look in the matter and resolve the issue on urgent basis.

MTNL Triband Connection — Due to faulty modam Network connection not working properly
I have got your tri-band local area 3 connection with your modam etc. After 8th month services on my telephone no.[protected] since last one and half month I found network problem and regarding that I have launch complain on 1504 as well as Kandiwali Telephone exchange and there officer also. I have done so many complain once your engineer comes and look in this matter and accept that modam is faulty and due to that network connection loose frequently. I request him to change faulty modam I somany times remind your officer Mr. Chaturvedi regarding the same but yet no reply. Now what I want to do.? I forward this complain to you for best services. and I hope your hour look in this matter and do needful immidietly. Thanking you. MTNL — No Response to ADSL Complaint
Dear Concerned,From 3rd of April My Internet Connection ADSL - Triband connection by MTNL Mumbai is been down. Despite of trying several times to connect to their so called phone online support, the issue couldn't be resolved. I complaint on their 1504 Number for the same on 3rd April' 09 (Complaint No - 6748).
There have been no response yet. It's almost a week now. I simply don't understand if the response rate is so quick ...i think it's really time to move on.
As i reside at Navi- Mumbai, I called up at the local MTNL office and gave them several reminders of the complaint, Yet it's MTNL the great' No response. I just feel like suein them and i am writing a direct letter and going to visit the Chief Enginner and several others who might be the so called HOD of MTNL and notify them that from 3rd April ' 09 till the time my issue is not resolved, dare they charge me the rental or else i would take them to court.
If Consumers Forum can support, It's Aprreciated.

Almost a fortnight later, the complaint is yet to be cleared inspite of repeated verbal reminders at your GH10, Sunder Vihar office. Please ensure that the fault is removed immediately and also ensure that no rental is charged for the period till the complaint is cleared.

MTNL Broadband service — Frequently disconnects internet

MTNL Broadband — ADSL MODEM IS NOT WORKING
I lodged a complaint vide complaint No.41100127 on 02/06/09 . Almost a a week later, the complaint is yet to be cleared inspite of repeated verbal reminders. Please ensure that the fault is removed immediately and also ensure that no rental is charged for the period till the complaint is cleared. Please let me know my PUK number & PIN number.

MTNL broadband Services — Problem with Disconnection
Dear Sir/ MamI have a MTNL Broadband Connection which i want to discontinue. We had checked with the Call Centre(1500) the details & proceedings that need to be carried out to discontinue services. We were told that we need to submit an application on the name of the Commercial Officer at the Hauz Khaz Office Delhi (As we stay at Saket) with the copy of the previous bill. On going there we were told that they can't accept the same as we need to submit the Modem as well for disconnection. Now the third time we had gone with the Modem now they need wires & clips as well. This too much of harrasment. Why can't we be told once for all that what all has to be submitted. It to much hassle with such poor services delievered. Please help us.

I too have same problem here...my internet connection works for 15 after restart of my computer and then again doesnt work...it happens evry time n iam really annoyed with MTNL BRODBAND service...pls help!

MTNL Triband Connection — No connection made available after 8 months of payment
Dear Sir/Madam,I had subscribed for MTNL Triband Connection on 9th August 2007 at the Samta Nagar Telephone Exchange bearing Work Order number 7882. Despite of innumerous followups I have not received any help in having the connection setup at my residence in 1-A-904, Whispering Palms, Lokhandwala Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai.
They have charged me for installation and commissioning and also by bills have the monthly charge for Triband. The connection is not up and there is no help available to sort this out.
Please suggest further course of action.
