Sir
I am staying at WZ- 111, 80 sq yards, tilak nagar. I want to draw your kind attention toward sewege blockage problem from 15 days in our area .Front lane of my house is full of waste water flowing from the manhole. we can not cross the lane. The foul smell makes it impossible for any one to pass through the lane.there is a possiblities of any disease spread in our area.
We had compaint many time in the chawkhandi MCD office but nobody had take any action. We are requesting from our area to pls take this compaint seriously and take some action so we can live in the healthy enviroment.

MCD — Blocked Draining system for last 3 days
There is a blocakge in draining system in the begning of the street no. 25, Canals(Naalas) are not covered in the street and all dirty water has deplyed all around the Main Road(Jagdamba Road) makinglife hell of local peopel. It's already been 3 days but nobody from MCD came to take any action against
this which is too frustrating for local residents. Please take immediate action.

would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

Kindly refer to your letter No. CMO/PGC(E)/2009/131844 dated 13.1.2009 forwarding thereunder my application dated 9.1.2009 (Copy enclosed) to Vice Chairman, Delhi Jal Board for taking further action.
2. Sir, though I am not aware as to what “Action Taken Report” has been submitted by the quarter concerned for perusal of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Delhi, but I am enclosing herewith copy of letters both dated 23.2.2009 which I have received from the Executive Engineer (South –II) Delhi Jal Board for your kind perusal please.
3. The progress which has been taken place so far on ground is as below:-
i) The work of replacement of old sewerage line seems to have been completed.
ii) Though connection has been given to new sewerage line but the waste
material/water is still going on to the old sewerage line.
iii) The man holes of the old sewerage line are still kept open which are full of waste
material/water and giving not only foul smell but the same have also become
breeding grounds for the mosquitoes.
iv) The drainage/trenches made for laying out pipe from the outlet of kitchen to man
hole of new sewerage line is also kept open due to which not only the movement
of residents becomes risky but these trenches will also remain full of water during
rainy season which may cause various diseases like Malaria, Dengu etc.
v) Trenches have not been filled-up properly so far by the contractor despite direction
given to him by the Executive Engineer vide his letter dated 23.2.2009.
vi) The contract was awarded as back as on 20.6.2008 and it is still incomplete. If
the contractor has failed to abide by term and conditions of the contract action can
be taken against him by the concerned authorities rather than causing
inconvenience to the public.
3. In view of the above, it is requested that the concerned authorities may please be requested once again to do the needful at the earliest please.

The water supply line catering flats FG-1/ 38A/B/C - 43A/B/C is excessively disturbing from the last 2 months. Water is either not availble for the entire days or for 1-2 hours at very low pressure. We request you to kindly get this line checked, as the residents of these flats are suffering a lot fue to this, and also to infom you, that the water being supplied from the same line in the other flats of the block is fine, and water availability is for 10-12 hours...

Dear Sir,
There is a flat in our block FG-1/39A that is closed for couple of years (approx. 10 years). The backyard of this house has turned to health hazard, as there is tonnes of garbage collected. Rain Water from the fltas is coming to this gabage, as the outgoing line is blocked due to this garbage has resulted in damaging and making the walls of the building in worse conditions. There is no ventilation in the house, and rats (goose), has dumped this house, the wooden doors are taken with deemaks, dust and dirt is the prominent highlight of this home.
As this house is on ground Floor, it is resulting in damaging the upper floor also, that is also locked for the last 10 years or more...
It is requested to kindly trace the owners of these flats and instruct them to get them maintained at the earliest, or else it will lead to disaster and health hazard condition...

i would like to inform the the respected officers that in Andha Mughal Pratap nagar near gulabi bagh Police station in M Block House no. 64 double story quarters people are making illegal construction on top floor from many days, even though it is not much strong constructed quarters still they are constructing, during this illegal work a wall has already fallen and two People were got injured, we are living by neighbour side it already had a harmful effects on our house there are many rifts come up in our house walls, we already complained to the authjorized Persons but no action has been taken till now, they have no fear of law because of some officers of your department, officers of your department Mr Meena and Mr Arif of Sadar Paharganj zone office has done nothing about it till now so i kindly request you to take some action so any mishappening will not happen.

I, Mrs Surakha Asar the owner of Flat No. 1136 Vikas Kunj, Vikas Puri New Delhi. I have come to know that Mr. Sexena who is the owner of the flat No .1135 which is above my flat, want to built two big extensions ( Balcony ) at the front and back of their flat which is very objectionable to me because I will loose all the light and sunshine for their flat which is important to us for health reasons. They came every year twice to enjoy the sunshine . It Mr. Saxena build their big Balcony and their big pillars on our ground where they have their chair and charpies to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine they will have lot of inconvenience. So Please Sir I request you to look into this matter and do not allow them to build big balcony. As IT might encourage other members of society of Vikas Kunj to do the same as done by Mr. Saxena No 1135 of Vikas kunj.
When I was in India for three months Sexena never discussed this matter with us. My Brother R R Bagga (1019 Vikas Kunj ) who look after all our property matters have just gone for holidays. Mr Sexena took this opportunity and started the balcony, so quickly that no body can not believe it. Again We request you to stop the work of Mr. Saxena to built the extension and put inconvenience and trouble. Mr. Sexana has owns a flat No. 1131 of Vikas kunj Ground floor he has blocked the way of people and touched the wall with garden. Mr. Sexena also does TV Cable business in residential area Vikas kunj . I will be very thankful to you If you take action against Saxena. Mr Saxena and Son Sonu threatens to us on phone call and all the people in their localilty square .

It is requested to the MCD Officials that they may be please to take the appropriate action against the heavy illegal constructions raised by the People, contractors and property dealers in the aforesaid vicinity.
